Machines always drop the stuff toys after grabbing them. It's almost like they are designed to not hold on to the toys.

Scam. Claw can't pick up the toy. Biggest rip off. Do not waste your money there

After winning a toy it got stuck, I called and they said they will send a refund, they are now only doing a partial refund and refusing to accept ALL the evidence I have sent for the full refund that they first agreed upon.have contacted ACCC and centre management where the machine is.

Absolute ripoff, I've seen a lot of claw machines and won a lot of prizes but this is the worst. There is no way the claw can pick up a toy let alone hold it long enough to drop it in the winning zone!
