A relative just came here because their dentures are loose - they are clearly loose, we can see them move when they try to eat for example.
They are causing pain and wounds in the mouth but these jokers said they fit and were fine.
My relative has already booked into a real dentist.
But what kind of treatment are the poor of Australia getting? If you can't afford to go elsewhere, even when getting ridiculously bad service what happens? You just put up with it, wait until things get bad enough that these services will act?
Simply pathetic. Cohealth should be ashamed.

Got my teeth cleaned here for free with a voucher given to me. My dentist was very negligent, he offered this extra treatment because I had braces which was to help avoid plague build up on molars. It was free so I said why not. He was leaning on me with his tools and my lips were hurting so much. I told the dentist and he said it hurts because my lips were dry but they weren't. When I left, I noticed a bruise on my lip and it was still hurting. I prefer to go private dentist for a clean as they are much more careful and considerate. Although it was free I would never go here again. The pain made me sick

I visited cohealth and had an appointment with nurse Cath.she was excellent. She explained every thing with detail and care and treats you with dignity. Nurse Cath made my day today. Great service from the whole team.

If you manage to see one, the doctors here are generally wonderful but the management are really failing.

Last time I called for an appointment it was four weeks until the next appointment with my doctor, and three weeks until the next appointment with any doctor. It basically means that people who are sick aren’t getting care.

How on earth does that happen? Are they failing to retain doctors? Are they taking on too many new patients? Whatever it is, it’s absolutely dysfunctional.

A related result is that the doctors are now often stressed and the receptionists treat patients as problems because they know that they can’t offer actual care.

And they chose to close the Joslin clinic in West Footscray in favour of a private service that would charge a fair bit above the Medicare rates.

It seems unfathomable that right now - amidst all the focus on health in light of COVID-19 - that the local community health service could be so lean.

When I have got my teeth done there they have done a awesome job on thank you for doing my teeth cleaning it's a great job haven't done my TAFE 20 for ages but I will be coming back there soon thank you very much Footscray clinic

Maybe don't come here if you have chronic health issues, this clinic used to be great years ago before they seemed to become overrun with patients and severely understaffed. Average wait time is over a month for an appointment at the moment, and that's if you have cancer. Don't bother here anymore.

The staff at Healthworks are genuine, Honest, caring and non-judgemental. Truely welcoming the needs of anyone on either there best or worst of days.
Doctor Bramwell is very thorough and straight up regarding health and lifestyle with out judgement on the choices you have made for yourself.
If you have addiction issues, housing, mental health or just sick of pretensious a-holes looking down there noses at you, drop in say hello!
I hope you find the genuine caring people that I have.

Problem tooth gone and home by 12: 30pm!
Lovely dentists! They did a great job! And with my healthcare card it cost next to nothing!

Wonderful dentist and their assistants there.always friendly and terrific with kids.these girls here are the best they do such a good job to calm the kids down.patience and understanding they have please keep up the exceptional work you do.dentist and assistants.

So you know, medicine and health is not a cash cow here like it is at generic clinics.this place/organisation is community based and the doctors don't watch the clock for your appointment. 30 years an occasional patient and it has all been good.
Give them your time and Medicare money.

1 star due to the overall treatment and care received as a result of my medical documents, which I provided, not being uploaded onto the system. Had to find a different GP and practice after being advised my GP, then the practice were no longer providing continuation of care for me.

The people their are extremely accommodating. It was my first time seeing doctor Erin Gorden; She was friendly, easy to talk to and really cared about all options. Not simply prescribing medication. I would 100% recommend her if you need a new doctor

Receptionist are nice and friendly but triage nurse are damn rude and have no clue in what they are doing!
