One of the doctors is biased and judgmental, everyone came from a different culture, and he is so judgmental, please first understand your patience.

Zero stars… terrible multiple experiences at the Fitzroy clinic. Co health do not stand for what they claim to stand for. I suggest on finding another clinic that value and support their patients.

Best clinic yet. From the staff at the front, doctors and nurses. They are always respectful and kind every time I have been.

Literally could not speak lower of this place. Came here for years because I didnt know any better and essentially didn't receive any healthcare for that whole time. The doctors won't take anything seriously or refer you to any specialists, so you won't actually be treated at all. Almost put in a complaint after the last guy I saw (I actually can't believe this guy is a doctor?). After changing clinics I realised how bad the doctors here were. Its actually a waste of time to attend here. You will receive just as much health care by staying at home. I would recommend that if you have the money, go somewhere which is not bulk-billed. This place is trash.

TRASH. Horrible communication and customer service. I was confirmed for weeks and then I rescheduled within their guideline and they call me back to say not able to provide me service after I submitted my forms and insurance information. I was going to be a new patient but they have all of these hoops. CLEARLY NEVER GOING HERE.

Andrew Pawlikowski - the single most incompetent GP I've ever come across! Don't waste your time if you're running low on hope for a better future!

Some nice people here but the reception when making appointments & calling people back leaves a lot to be desired.
Some of the reception staff need some proper training when it comes to getting back to people.
The wait times are often shocking too.
There's 5 people in the waiting room & after arriving ½ hour early still waiting in the waiting room. That's quite shocking for an empty waiting room & for being early. I can't actually recall 1 time an appointment has been met at the correct time.
That's really the only complaint I have about this place.

I had all my immunisations in here, Dr. John Scopel is the most friendly and wonderful doctor I have ever met in Australia. Thank you for all your help, suggestion and advice.

I have waited months to get an appointment and I have had two appointments cancelled on me in one week on the day of the appointment.
The next available appointment isnt for another 3 weeks and ive been in pain for months waiting for this appointment.

Doctors are amazing and super friendly. But I waited too long at reception, staff is. It trained properly over the reception.

Dr Samantha Green has been our family doctor for over 16 years.
She is an amazing GP and we appreciate all the things she does for our family.

Called today to make an appointment and told that no appointments available for 4 weeks! Very strange. Never heard of such bloated wait times in a developed country just to see a GP. Avoid for anything serious or urgent

What an amazing community health service, with 5 star doctors! I feel very lucky to be a patient here.

Pretty good services here. Very hard to get an appointment! Nonetheless.still a good team here!
