Terrible communication. I'm a support worker and went in with a client, firstly they booked them in on the wrong date and tried to send us away to come back next week, after some negotiating they finally accepted to see us on the same day. They called us then 20 minutes after we'd already left to tell us they forgot to give us scripts for medication. The receptionist told me it was against policy to e-mail the scripts but could send it by mail or fax it.in 2023.

Hi, i have 2 doctors, Dr heather dowd, she, s great, she, s helped me alot over the years, she can get a bit grumpy, with me some times, but some times ive deserved it, but over all she, its coz she cares about your health, my other Doctor, Dr swadi, she is beautiful, some times i wish i could take her home ha ha lol, no she is fantastic, if it wasnt for her i would i lost one of my toes, she is great to talk to, she listons, she, s caring, she, s just over all a great girl, and a great doctor, some times it can be a bit daunting seeing doctors, with Dr swadi, i actually look forward to it, and the nurse i see there, she, s been good for me to, chears justin

Started off with the receptionist who was friendly. Then I had an appointment the nurse who was exceptionally friendly. Then we waited about 30 minutes before being seen by Dr. Heather. She was professional and thoughtful in my concerns. Extremely helpful. Overall I am happy with the appointment.

Do not book with Dr Swadi. Incredibly rude and dismissive of your concerns. Rushed me from the start and questioned my concerns as if they were not real. A patient ran out of her room crying and told the receptionist how rude she was. I should’ve taken that as a sign. I would consider raising this with the Dr as I wonder how many more patients leave upset and with similar experiences. The receptionists and other staff are lovely though and have never had any issues with them. Disappointing that this unprofessional doctor sheds a bad light on what is a good clinic.

Had a booked telephone appt for any urgent matter and simply was never called. I rang 10min before COB and was told I was still on her list for the day and i might get a called the next day. The next day came I rang mid morning to ask if I was going to have my appt and was told the she would call that day. 2 weeks on and still have not appointment.

The receptionist each time was extreamly lovely and polite though and phone was answred quickly each time.

Very very un professional staff, the person in the back and reception in front office or phone its totaly different management, if you make appointment please make at the back side for covid test and for doctor go to front office side or by phone.otherwise you gona waste your time, its the most disrespectful clinic ever with Australian standard

Booked a covid test appointment, arrived 15 mnts early just to find a locked entrance door. A staff passed by asking if I have an appointment and told me to wait. Past my appointment time I decided to go to the reception as the door was still closed and the staff there openly and rudely grumbled "oh my god why is it so hard for people to understand what it means to wait at the back ". Mind you, this is already 10 mnts past my appointment time, and I was only told to wait at the locked back door 25 mnts ago.

During my test, some staff were nice and polite but one person (the same one who told me to wait the first time) told me that I should have been more patient.

I would have, if there was any sign of certainty that the clinic isn't closed like some of the other ones around the area today. How do you expect patients like me to know that you are coming back late from lunch?

At least put up a sign or something to indicate you are open today, instead of just a locked door with a phone number that doesnt work!

Absolute appallingly poor inadequate service to 2 separate covid TESTINGS where no results were received, first test which school awaited an outcome, second test for the purpose of flying interstate resulted in having to pay for tests at Melbourne Airport.is there entitlement for compensation?

I got mixed feedback from friends about this clinic, my experience was positive when I went for a vaccine on the weekend. Mostly, everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw prior the vaccine was a bit too pushy. One of the people kept saying “god bless” which sounded irritating to be honest, especially in a place that brags about inclusion on all signs. It’s not inclusive language given over 30% of Australians identified as “no religion” in the last census, plus people from various religions. It’s a medical facility not a church

I have booked my second does today. (In face, a staff helped me to book today's appointment when I had my first does on a Saturday at the same time.) Today, I arrived there on time, but there was no one there. The door was closed. No one picked up phone. I did not receive any notification regarding closing today. Then, I have to book with another clinic in September. Anyone knows what's happening? If it changes opening hours, why I haven't received any information?

My Family and i went to get our covid vaccines on Sunday 12th of Sep. It was and average experience but they have not upload our immunization records.they told us it would be uploaded 48 to 72 hours. I rang on Friday 17th Sept (after waiting on hold for forever again) to find out someone had made an error entering mine and my wife Medicare numbers (my daughters was correct) I was told it would be uploaded straight away but it is now Monday 20th Sept at 3: 30 pm and nothing yet I have tried to contact them on 3 different phone numbers but no point as the are not answering the phones

Went there for a Covid swab test yesterday around 3: 45pm with my husband, as my husband was at a tier 2 site and was instructed to get tested and isolate. We both had appointments booked for the test and we arrived on-time.

The issue started at the door when we were greated by a guy with glasses and said he couldn't locate our appointment and wouldn't let us in - upon showing him our appointment confirmation email he then agreed to look on his iPad one more time and found our bookings.

Then he asked us if we had Covid symptoms - I said we were instructed by DHHS to get tested. He then tried to cut the conversation and told us that they don't do testing if the person has no symptoms REGARDLESS of being at a exposure site or not. I was very shocked. Nothing on their website mentioned this at all! I added a screenshot I took from their website to proof this.

Because both my husband and I had some symptoms, he then let us through (We were tested less than two weeks ago at a different location and received negative test result, and still had some residual viral symptoms). If we didn't have symptoms - you would turn people away when they were just trying to do the right thing? !

The doctor and nurse inside however were very nice and the testing procedure was very quick.

However, when I walked out of the testing room, I heard the guy at the front door turned away another man for testing on the fact that he said he didn't have symptoms. This makes me wonder - why is there conflicting Information coming from our government and the individual testing site?

If that staff was following instructions by his manager, that they cannot test people if no symptoms then at least instruct the customer where to go to get testing done! He didn't even do that. Shocking. Very shocking. You wonder why people don't get tested and this has to be one of the reasons.

Called clinic for my 1st Covid jab but the receptionist was very hard and rude. It really made me mad. Doesn’t sound like a good receptionist and incompetent to be a staff member for the job.
