I just bought a Ford Transit Custom from Coffey Ford Dandenong and were very impressed by the whole process.
Chai was fantastic with everything, From taking me through all the physical features of the Van and explaining how it all works to setting up my ford pass app and always answering any questions i had along the way.the whole team at Coffey Ford was friendly and helpful, they also have courtesy coffee, hot choc, popcorn, cold drinks and a games arcade for entertainment while you wait.

My Ranger went in for its first 15k service yesterday and extremely happy with their customer service (staff) and and the service itself. In the morning when I dropped of my car, they asked me if I had any issues with the car which I said no. However I did mention that there was a missing cap/bracket which I only noticed recently. I didn't expect them to do anything about it however when I picked up the car, they had replaced it free of charge. From buying the car and servicing from this dealership, they have been so good to deal with.
