Passionate and caring, Coffex staff are pleasant and lovely to deal with, you should definitely dial in Suburbia - true specialty coffee.

Terrible customer service. Didn't want to provide advise. And insisted on treating me as if I knew what I needed/wanted. Even if the coffee is nice, I probably won't go back.
