I had not received an item as fast as I normally would and the tracking info by Aus Post had not been updated, so I emailed for more info. I received a prompt and friendly reply advising it had been sent. A couple of days later I received an express posted "top up" to carry me over until the full order arrived! It was the nicest suprise.
