I took two machines for service and repairs last week and just received them back. I couldn't be happier. Our Expobar machine has come back looking and working like the day we bought it. The service technician kept in contact to update me and the price was reasonable given the usual high costs of repairs to coffee machines. I've tried three other Coffee machine repairers over the past 25 years and have always had lackluster results. In my opinion I wouldn't take my machine anywhere else. They also have a mind boggling range of commercial and domestic coffee machines, if you're on the hunt for one. 10/10 I just can't fault them.

Coffee Machine Warehouse was extremely helpful in assisting me to get equipped to launch my new business. Their sales consultants were very knowledgeable and patient (I asked SO many questions and called in many times). They offered many options of machines and assisted to get my equipment fitted (in my mobile van) as I had no knowledge or help in this area. I rate them highly.

Honestly, this is the place you are looking for. I had such a good experience getting my coffee machine repaired and buying a few things here today that I had to write this recommendation. Helpful, knowledgeable, and honest staff both at the sales desk and in the workshop. And the showroom is amazing.

Waited over 20 minutes to purchase the things we wanted, they kept saying "we'll be with you in a sec", for 20 minutes. Finally when dialing up the items they tried to overcharge is for one they had on sale, then instead of looking at the shelf price said "we'll look at it in a moment" and began checking out the people behind us. We left without the items.

Might have considered purchasing except for a really poor experience visiting the warehouse. Pounced upon by circling salespeople in what felt like an assault upon entering put us off first up. After politely asking to be left to browse a moment, multiple times, we had a chance to have a look at a few machines we had already, comprehensively, researched. Not new to coffee machine ownership, we were there to get some guidance on an upgrade. Eventually one of the pouncers couldn't take it anymore and we engaged on a couple of machines. The answers to all our questions were generic and it emerged the person we were speaking with just didn't know the specifics of the machines in question (he pretended he did). He tried to include a used group head as part of some mysterious deal which involved us surrendering the new one that came with the machine (coz, why would anyone want a new item when they can have second hand for the same price.) We subsequently learned a couple of his facts were just wrong which would have materially impacted our use of the machine. We learnt this when we spent a large chunk of money elsewhere. If you enjoy that annoying old style salesperson type experience where you leave feeling a little violated, this place is for you.

From start to end, it was a flawless service provided by Coffe Machines and Warehouse. Thanks Shauna, she was very prompt and helpful.

Great service and effort by the after-sales team for troubleshooting and resolving minor issues. Really appreciate their time in dialling-in our grinder for optimum settings to suit us.

I bought my coffee machine (residential purposes) from CMW and have been taking it here for servicing ever since. The service is always extremely professional from the team.

Avalon always provides expert assistance and is a friendly face each time I enter the building. Rushab is a legend. On my most recent visit Rushab saw me carrying the machine from my car outside and immediately came over to help carry the machine for me.
