Vinni and his team - life savior! Honest and kind. I had my coffee machine service during Covid time and he was so on point on the issue and even offer with a minimal cost to pick up and drop off the machine which is amazing because I had a new baby too so it was challenging for me to travel. After few months I had issue with my machine but didn’t had the chance to get Vinni to fix it as we are away for a while and came back after almost a year and told him the issue and he responded in such a good manner eventho it’s new year and it’s busy. They managed to fix it and I was grateful! The most surprising thing is that he offer to pay some of the cost due there last issue, just blow my mind away! No reasons why anyone shouldn’t seek the services here. I will surely be back as long as I live in Melb:)

My rocket r58 needed a service as I was having some issues with inconsistent steam. Vinni very promptly came and picked up the machine and gave it a full service and it’s now running as good as when I bought the machine from new. Didn’t realize how stiff my levers were and how the flow has slowed over the years. Espresso pulls have been perfect and steamer is super precise again. Very impressed with the service!
