My brisket sandwich was amazing, coffee perfect, service excellent, the Moroccan salad was disappointing and the chips, I know they're hand cut but there's no reason for them to be murdered as well.
All in all, I'm going back for that brisket sandwich and guys, the owner's response here will only be emojis!

Very dissapointed with the disgusting 12 hour brisket sandwich. If you reheat brisket it should be mentioned, not just passed off like you just smoked it.worst brisket and sandwich iv had.

I had a breakfast sandwich thing which was exceptional. It was also a massive portion that I couldn't finish. Lovely atmosphere inside and out, and though I didn't try any there was a lot of cakes there if you have a sweet tooth.

Coffee is really good. Food was delicious but the portions so tiny, for the price we paid I would really add a bit more (we can salmon stack). We have also waited for food for a while but the place itself is really nice

We went there last weekend, after phone check in I was grilled by the owner about vaccine passport, that info was on my other phone, I went back to the car for phone 2, so when i proved it he seemed annoyed he had to serve us.
We ordered 2 coffees and they were lukewarm, and lacking coffee flavour. But they come across as coffee connoisseurs with all the displays etc.
Nice decor though. This place is nice, but service needs to improve

Food is always great and consistent! The service is always excellent where most cafes fall down Cocoa Moon shines! Never disappointed!

Went at 130. Told they were shutting in half an hour and wouldn't have time to serve us. Walked passed at 3 and the cafe is still in full swing. Terrible attitude (borderline discrimination) turning people away when they are half full.

Loved the old owners coffee, the coffee blend is now bitter. The chips are hand cut but soggy not crunchy. It took ages to get our food, our drinks were quick to arrive.

Drinks came first, however, food took forever (more than 45 minutes) to come, when the cafe was only at about 60% capacity with 5 staff working on the floor. It was approaching 2 pm where most people had finished their meals and started to leave. Had to asked twice about our meals with the first staff showing "don't care and can't help it" attitude. Stuck there with my starving kids, feeling absolutely helpless.
The food we ordered was standard items from the menu (fish & chips, calamari & salad, and a burger), first two were just ok, burger was way below standard with patty very dry, tough and tasteless. It was a shame, esp.with our intention to support local small business during this difficult time.

Would not recommend! Waited over 40mins, to get cold uncooked eggs, dry meat in tasteless Ruben Sandwich, cold soggy chips and under cooked burger. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered take away fish and chips to have by the river across the road, our meal came in a lovely big brown paper bag, individual boxes of fish and chips, 2 lovely salads, lemon, tartar sauce, napkins knives and forks, all delicious.will.be back, and the staff are lovely!

Service is terrible, ask for two sandwiches takeaway. I was told 10 mins it took 50 mins to finally come, and this was after me several times asking about it and was told 5 more minutes every time. There was no apology or any care at all about the delay in my order. I got the Ruben with a salad, which was average at best and I got no cutlery to eat my food with. Overall a very average experience all round

Amazing Mexican bowl, but it took a long time to make it out to me. Really friendly staff and good atmosphere. Recommend.

Great spot for a full meal or a light morning or afternoon tea. Great selection of cakes and biscuits.

Tried to order inside as no wait staff attending table outside, 5 staff milling around behind counter, directed back outside by Middle Aged man, not pleasant interaction, waited 15min, rang cafe spoke with Mel who apologies and came directly. Didn’t order food due to potential wait. Looks like they are overwhelmed with 50% full cafe.

Great little cafe in the heart of Warrandyte. Indoor and covered outdoor seating. Great coffee and friendly staff. Always a great choice to catch-up with friends.

Met some friends with children at Cocoa moon on Sunday. Table was ready for us, food delicious and service great. Very friendly staff. We will be back. Thank you.
