Food lacks flavour have been incredibly disappointed both times unfortunately.curry is watery and never feel satisfied after don’t recommend

I ordered crispy pork belly with veggies, idk what’s that called, and add in instructions to lessen sauce. They didn’t even take note and gave just 4 cuts of pork, and that’s almost $20.

Literally sent us burnt food. They burnt the fried rice so bad you could smell the charcoal when you opened it. I rang to talk to them and they didn’t seem to care and said sometimes it happens. Astounded. Won’t be ordering from here again. You can’t see it well in photo but half the meal has burnt black rice.

Uber eats was ordered, no authenticity in the food, no taste. Pad Thai ordered was mushy and had a lot of fish sauce thrown in. Green curry was just coconut milk and tasted very bland.sorry, it just was not it.

Worst Thai food I ever had! So, disappointed! They called Pad Grapow? REALLY? Without chilies and a little bit of very very dry crispy pork! Very disgusting! Too much oil and sauces likes SOUP. Come on guys you know what’s pad grapow looks like!

A lot of burn thing. Very disappointed. This is a second time I ordered. I don't know the owner know this or not.but it very bad. Worst thing ever had.

Food is shocking. They may aswell close-down zero clue in how to cook. Do not order from here a joke of a place.

Ordered through Uber Eats craving some food late at night and felt like Thai. Coco Thai did not disappoint. The Pad See Ew left me more than Satisfied. Generous amount of chicken and flat rice noodles. Added an egg for $2 on top and was left full. Thanks to the Coco team!

I got delivery from uber eats.
Rice was over cooked and smooshy. Main was only a half filled container.disappointed because i really liked this place

I spent close to $40 and was not worth it.
First time I ordered from here it was great but every order after its gotten lower and lower in quality. Wont be ordering from here again.

The first time we ordered, food was great.
Second time we ordered, the bag was full of the sauce and looked like it had been thrown to the front door.
We've just tried to order again (the food is good, and we thought we'd give them another go). Well.they have cancelled the order three times now. I've just phoned them a few times and no one had answered.
VERY POOR SERVICE. WE'LL NEVER ORDER FROM COCO THAI AGAIN!
ONE STAR IS FOR THE FOOD.

Worst Thai I’ve ever had. Ordered Lab Gai and Tom yum soup. The lab gai is only boiled chicken minces with chilli powder and I paid extra $2 for only one prawn in my soup. Horrible! Waste of money!

The worst food I’ve ever bought on Uber Eats. Completely disgusting and inedible. We threw all of it in the bin.

Disappointed. Placed an order and they didn’t even tell me it was canceled for 30 minutes. I won’t waste my time next time

Such A unprofessional staff I have ever seen, not a real restaurant full of dirtiness their and maintain zero hygienic premises!

Was dissapointed when I received my food. Never seen any curry being so thin and tasteless, and I am referring to the curry sauce here. Carrots were so thick that they weren't even cooked. Pad thai were just a bunch of veggies noodle and pad thai sauce being mixed together. I felt that I could do better with the curry powder and pad thai sauce if I had that in hand.

Just ordered their mango and sticky rice dessert, frozen mango pieces and it was normal rice with droplets of cream on too. Absolutely recommend to never go to this shop, unless they change their cook/management. Not sure why people gave them a 1 star at all. As well as they took 1 hour to prepare the food. Nothing has changed since the previous negative reviews.

Good for a late night (2-4am) feed but I would recommend derby Thai st Kilda if open instead. Delivery is always at least 1hour+, fried rice is delicious but curries are thin (want that sauce for the rice) and not seasoned, I have always had to add salt. Lots of veggies though

The worst Thai i have ever eaten in my life. Took over 1 hour to get here. Pad see ew was flavourless.had to add my own ingredients to make it edible. Order chicken ribs and received chicken wings. THE WORST PLACE. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The worst Thai restaurant in Melbourne is Go to another place, don’t waste your money, the food is still raw, not enough, smells terrible, feels inside like you were in the ’60s, time Change at least the tables.

I waited over two hours for my food to arrive and then they told me that the driver arrived and no one answered the door. They have stolen my money & won't answer the phone to take accountability. They also will not refund my money, they have stolen $30 from me.

Update:
My order has been refunded after 2.5 hours with no food.

Will not be ordering here again.
