What a joy!

Mikayla is a beautiful and very informed person, she has such a loving nature and makes buying furniture easy. She was so easy to engage in conversation, integrates her colleagues to be part of the fun and for extra knowledge.
I would recommend 100% to be served by Mikayla as she really is informative and actually listens to what the client needs.

They seem to have a great team ethic, Mikayla and Sam are great and make the experience Fun. Our kids loved them!

I purchased a bedhead & frame it was a white glove delivery. I live in a three storey townhouse they took the bedhead up the first flight of stairs to my living area. My bedroom is on the next level they said they couldn't get it up the next flight of stairs. I've been left with this bedhead in my living area I am a women living on her own. All I've been offered is a number to call for a man that can can deal with tricky situations & I have to pay him. The deal was to deliver & assemble the bed frame & take away the packaging I have not received any of that. I've been left high & dry with no help whatsoever they simply don't care once they've got there money they don't want to know about you. Without your customer's you don't have a buisness.
I would never deal with these people again.

I visited the Richmond store around 2 weeks ago and was blessed to be served by Kat (? Katherine). I had read some poor reviews so was a bit anxious but she was so knowledgeable and friendly and straight away we 'clicked'. She knew exactly what the look was i was wanting and had a lot of knowledge re the products. Some is out of stock and so i have held off buying (having read some reviews) however Kat advised she will keep in touch and let me know when stock will be more available. (she has already given me a follow up call) I can't wait for the stock to arrive so i can purchase! Thank you Kat!

Coco Republic, what can I say. It has been an absolute pleasure and experience to meet the collective team over a few visits to the Richmond Store. The assistance and support provided to both myself and my partner has been outstanding.their knowledge and mindset along with patience has been very much appreciated.no push and/or rush to work through the numerous questions I raised in our journey with Coco Republic.
People in general are quick to complain/criticize, and slow to say thank you, so to you and the team at Coco THANK YOU… you have all collectively made it a wonderful experience for us as we embark on this next chapter of our story.

The worst experience I’ve ever had and could possibly have with any service. Coco republic have no interest in customer retention with the way they treat you. It’s actually been shocking, there’s no communication, items are often not available as they are advertised, it’s been two months now since my order and only yesterday from contacting them again can I get my money back. Honestly, it’s not worth dealing with them, I’d rather invest anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever! And poor quality of furniture. No quality check and no response. More than a year and still no resolution for our dining table. Worst nightmare and waste of resources. Must shut down! Not even returning the refund of the table - extremely poor disgusting and fraud furniture shop! Its a scam!

Breathtakingly APPALLING Service - NEVER buy from them

4/6 dining chairs were badly faulty. They couldn't replace them as they had discontinued them.
Once CocoRepublic has sold you something, they do not want to know.
Had to fight every step of the way and constantly call them back. Finally, after 2.5mths, about 20 calls, and lots of "NO - that isn't good enough", I received a full refund. Even that wasn't paid into the account I gave them. I was promised a call back on that too but, of course, they didn't call. I finally found the correct money spread between my cc and my specified bank account.
Never again! And I am telling as many people as I can - including many interior design friends.

No stars - avoid Coco Republic - inconsiderate and inflexible customer service. There are equally if not better companies that care a lot more about their customers

The service we had when Jarrod was around was excellent, he was swift and efficient with getting back to our enquiries. We had engaged in their interior design services and had purchased $100k worth of products looking to spend more for the soft furnishings etc.

However, since he has left, the team has been unable to provide us any service of sort. Was always promised a phone call the following day, which never happened.

We placed our order in December and was advised it'll be coming in early July. We are approaching June and We are yet to received an update.

After calling up over three consecutive days, we still have not received an update, we still dont have a new assigned person for the order, and was advised by the consultant today that they had clients that had spent $600k and received the same level of service.

Clearly the team does not value the money that is currently being poured into this organisation, not only disappointing but shameful. I would have given it 1 star however, could not discredit the level of service we received from Jarred.

An absolute diabolical set up. Unprofessional, disgusting customer service and i certainly wouldnt recommend Emilo " the designer". Shoddy products, nearly every single item we purchased was damaged in some way and a table had to go back 3 times! Not an easy shop to deal with, virtually impossible. They don't answer emails or phone calls and you are constantly having to chase everything up with this shop. I have never ever dealt with such an incompetent store. Avoid at all costs, there are far more superior shops than this. Not even worth the money.

We ordered the Fiore desk chair end of January this year with an ETA of 4 weeks. 7 weeks later the chair was finally delivered. The delivery guys had to assemble the chair (the seat had to be attached to the base). They had some trouble doing this but assured me the chair was properly assembled. They left and I picked the chair up to move it to desk. The legs immediately fell off. Clearly the chair hadn’t been assembled correctly. I called Coco Republic Richmond straight away. They apologised and said someone would call me to arrange a time to come out to fix it. That was last Thursday. I’ve spoken with 3 different people at Coco Republic but I’m still waiting for my chair to be fixed. Disgraceful! This is appalling customer service. They have had my money for 8 weeks now, but I still don’t have a chair I can use. Even 1 star is too much for this experience with Coco Republic!

Horrible customer service.no has any idea what’s going, we booked a table in Mod Jan. ETA was end Feb. Didn’t hear anything from them so I called back on last day of Feb or First day of March. Got told our delivery will be mid-March called today now today found out that delivery will be Mid-April. There is complete lack of communication. No one respond backs to your email. Complete lack of customer service or care. I will never ever buy anything from these guys.

Wondering should i ask for the money back and how long will it to get the refund Have read about a few of these horror where people have been waiting on refunds over 2 months

Great high end quality furniture, rubbish after sales support, communciation from their delviery team is very poor, ETA's are delayed without notice, emails asking for payment not recieved, items need to be moved from NSW to VIC and take 2 weeks to process, they really need to up their game on the delivery side to earn those 5 stars that their prodcuts desrerve, let's hope they take note and do something about it.

The last of 4 deliveries from furniture companies to our new apartment. Coco Republic is at the bottom of the performance pile. Difficult to order, contradictory advice on when goods would arrive, delays, poor transport arrangements. Won’t purchase from the company again.

Went there in December and was amazed by the customer service provided by the lady named Donna. Bought few chairs from her and she was very helpful with my purchase. Definitely recommend her if you need anything from this store.

They promised that I can get the full refund, but I haven’t got it, and it has been morn than 2 months. Never received any call backs.

Made no attempt to tell me my fully paid-for item had not been ordered and is now discontinued. Kept pushing delivery times out but has taken 6 months of me contacting them, to find out I will never get what I ordered. Hope the refund comes through quicker than any of their comms. Cheryl is a condescending sales person who makes you feel like an inconvenience.

Rude staff beware went to the store at Chadstone no acknowledgement and was told not to touch the furniture. Horrible experience overpriced product.
