I am so glad I found Coco Ella!
I have tried Elisa's Strength class and Stretch & Release, as well as Yoga Flow with Nicole.
Love the focus on technique in small groups, the quality of equipment and extra help from Elisa and Nicole after I mentioned I haven't been active for many years.
Such a welcoming space to train to your own level.
