3Usually the service here is very good but I was disappointed today. I went in to get two lotto tickets. I handed the assistant two Tatts cards, saying I only wanted Lotto for tonight on each.on my card she stated processing the lot.until i told her.then she apologised a few times while deleting the unwanted items. I gave her a card to pay one ticket, saying EFTPOS.before i knew it she did a paywave. I requested a refund and and redo the transaction as i wanted. I didn't want the transaction on credit. She couldn't do the refund on the transaction as she didn't know the pin code for that function. I left it at that. I told her she was going too fast. It wasn't busy by the way.
Went into the shop last week on Friday and had the absolute best customer service, so impressed and so helpful with what I was after.:) keep it up.
