6Psychologist is a joke, didn't ask me one question and spoke about herself almost the whole time
I would let future users aware that the staff is nothing less than a worst i ever experience; rude staff ; finding ways to humiliate the customer; ending up in cancellation of my son circumcision just because of misbehaved staff and get a refund ; luckly they did that which indicates how concern they are with the customer so think 1000 times before getting an appointment with these usless creaps
Had an Appointment at 10.00am. Ended up waiting over an hour and 15 minutes. Staff are friendly but not enough doctors on.
One of the worst doctors ever, for a bit of context I was diagnosed by the emergency department with a kidney stone that would pass by itself but I needed to manage the symptoms. I was in Melbourne for a work trip and live five hours away from Melbourne so I couldnt just go to my normal GP, so I ask the doctor at the hospital for a recommendation and they send me here. The hospital had me on the following medications Oxynorm, Targin, Indoced, for pain, Zofran for nausea and Flomaxtra for helping the stone pass, this was working well so I went to the doctor to get a repeat prescription and he literally changed every medication the hospital had given me and told me to go to the gp to get more of. He flat out refused the Flomaxtra, changed my nausea meds to stemitil which didnt work, changed my painkillers to panadiene and voltaren and told me they were much better medications to manage my symptoms. I got home and for a day or two was in absolute agony and vomiting all the time. Had to go to emergency and when I told them what had happened they were shocked they said did you take your letters we gave you? I said yes he read them and still changed everything they said the panadiene and voltaren are useless for controlling a kidney stone pain and they dont like giving strong painkillers either but in this case they are one hundred percent needed. And they said the zofran is the gold standard for nausea and every doctor should know this. I'm seriously contemplating if this doctor is even qualified or just likes to see patients suffer. The hospital rung him up and asked him what had happened and he said I gave him the medicine I thought was needed you are giving the wrong medication. The hospital doctor said we have already confirmed that this patient is genuine and is not an addict we checked his records and he hasnt been prescribed an opiod for five years and the gp said I know but he dosent need anything. Absolute disgraceful!
What's the point of making an appointment if they still make you wait 30+ mins. So amateurish.
