Took very good care of me while I was there. Nurse Jenny is very nice. Procedure went very well. Expensive post procedure appointment (which I have cancelled). $150 for the Dr to tell me that the biopsy is all good (5 minute visit). With all the $$$ they make you would think they would have a sandwich available after the procedure instead of cheap biscuits.

My husband found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and they made him feel at ease. However, the needle that went into his arm for the drip was extremely painful. It was inserted not in his elbow crease but higher. Maybe this was because the veins in the usual spot had been accessed recently when he was in Sunshine Hospital.

I had my procedure a few weeks ago. The waiting time was a bit frustrating but Nurse Jenny was so amazing! Made me feel so comfortable and was happy to chat with me while I was waiting. Such a special human, Jenny made my day.

Staff at medical clinics can often be abrupt, dismissive and stressed which doesn't exactly inspire confidence. From the moment I walked in the door here I was surprised to discover that I was treated like a person, not a number. Despite being very busy, the receptionist, nurses and anaesthetist were all friendly, caring and informative. None of them acted like I was the hundredth person they had processed this month, even though I probably was.

Have had gastroscopies before elsewhere but this was my first colonoscopy and gastroscopy together. The service was wonderful and everyone made the whole process easy. I'm sorry I'm hopeless at remembering names but EVERYONE was friendly and helpful and I came away feeling well-cared-for, comfortable, respected and with no after-effects. Made me realise just how unprofessional my last endoscopy place had been! Well done Coburg! The "prep" was an ordeal - but there's no getting around that! Everything else was made really easy and comfortable. Thank you!

From reception staff to nurses so lovely l, professional and friendly. They make you so comfortable as soon as you walk in. I can’t thank enough to Dr Azizi and his team.

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a doctors surgery.staff are always welcoming and very supportive throughout the process and always very kind and support you during the process. I cant THANK Dr Fok and his team for looking after me last Friday appreciate it.

My wife had her procedure today and said the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was excellent. They were all very caring from the anaesthetist Jack, Jenny and the other nurses. Also the wonderful Dr Glenda Hartley.

I've always cringed at the thought of having a colonoscopy. When I was advised by my GP to have the procedure, I was referred to Coburg Endoscopy Centre. I found all the staff to be very professional, caring and helpful. They provided support & kept me informed throughout the process, from seeing the specialist to having the procedure. Highly recommend Coburg Endoscopy if you are considering having a gadtroscopy or colonoscopy.

They were running behind schedule on the day but all was good eventually. On the funny side having to fast before the procedure they have arranging 'Coffee Orders' within hearing distance was a bit off putting.:)

I was very happy with how my procedure went. The nurses and staff were very friendly and my anaeshesilogist was one of the best I've had. I was well looked after and Dr Fok was very kind and knowledgeable.

Who would have thought getting a colonoscopy could have been such a pleasant experience? The service from the staff was amazing. Nurse Toni was lovely and very helpful. The Anaesthetist was great although I do not recall his name. He made me feel very at ease given this was my first time going under. Dr Kenneth was great and very thorough. Highly recommend!

After my experience here I’m feeling over treated and that I’ve overpaid for a poor quality service and a negative healthcare experience. Price seemed to change depending on who I spoke to and the confirmation text quote with inconsistencies in reception staff, not to mention a surcharge is added when paying to top it off. On the day I had to wait an extra 2 hours in a room full of patients. The clinic staff are kind but seem undertrained. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, seems to churn out patients and try to continue treatment beyond what’s needed.

five star reviews look fake.
Would you trust a practice that writes possible fake reviews?
Should be investigated.

After going through so many specialists, I felt lost and had given up until I met you.thank you for being so patient in explaining things to me in a simple manner. With the endoscopy, and the subsequent diagnoses and course of action I feel better than I have in years

I have never done a review before but felt that people should know how terrible this clinic is. If i could I would be giving 0 stars or even negative but unfortunately that’s not an option.
I required an iron infusion as my iron levels are VERY low, but no medical professional seem to care.
Firstly, my doctor faxed my referral to the clinic twice and they still didn’t receive it. I had to go to the doctors, get the hard copy of the referral and make sure the clinic actually got the referral.
It took a month just to have an acknowledged referral.
Secondly, the Coburg clinic isn’t even doing infusions and I now have to go to Sunshine when I’m 100% certain that there are many places in the northern suburbs that so infusions.
Thirdly, they couldn’t even book me in for a month, which happened to be my birthday which I’m planning on being away so 6 weeks is how long I have to wait to drive all the way to sunshine to get an infusion.
There is ALWAYS a long wait when calling. The doctor was 15 minutes late for appointment. Not client centred at all! I’m very concerned about ability to be able to administer the treatment as they can’t even manage their referrals. The only reason I’m not going else where is because of the amount of effort it has been to get what I desperately need.
I hope I’ll be able to leave a more positive review after the infusion.
