Staff terrible unhelpful gas bottle refill rip off

DO NOT GO FOR A GAS BOTTLE REFILL

DISGRACE

Just left with no service. Rang the bell at the paint counter 3 times, had multipule staff look at me and not ask if i needed assistance. Everyone that works there must be deaf

Got exceptional service, a dozen bags potting mix, all loaded for me. So.e tomatoes and a chilli plant.

Just did some painting. Went thru about 26 litres of mitre 10 home brand paint.

I do not think it goes as far as it should compared to name brands, however I will never know.

The bigger issue is the paint trays, rollers, extensions that screw into your paint rollers, paint brushes, sand paper, masking up tape etc.

All considerably more in price compared to Bunnings. Take the drive to Bunnings is my suggestion.

Suggest shopping around.

Love it staff are friendly and try to help you and if you need camping equipment go there I've been to a lot of places around Australia for camping equipment and Cobram mitre 10 has to be the cheapest although I did want to put some draws on laybuy for my 4×4 and being on a disability pension they wouldn't let me because I wouldn't of paid them in there 5 weeks yet I just brought a double swag on laybuy didn't miss a payment along with the bag to store it in and a pvc bag to keep everything dry I think the manager just didn't like the way I looked

While camping on the Murray River, this is a good place to pick up stuff for your van for general maintenance!

The staff were so helpful. I purchased a gecko bug zapper due to the increased mosquitoes around with the floods. Tony advised me to place it further away from the door on the patio as it attracts the bugs to it.he also advised me to check the tray at the bottom every morning specially at the start to gauge how many bugs were caught every evening and clear the trap. Excellent service and very reasonably priced.

Purchased drill bit price on shelf $10 scanned @ checkout $13 paid & said I would check price. No apology of any kind for incorrect price. Check pricing before leaving store

Very poor customer service. Had doors on order since November. Called the manufacturer in January and was told they never even put the order in. It is now March and still waiting for them! Constantly being given the run around, failure to return calls. No respect for project timelines, no care at all really. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Unbelievable, had exactly the table I've been looking for. Been to numerous Bunnings and hardware stores. Perseverance has paid off. Staff super helpful.

Logic 101. Walk in have a legitimate mask exemption because of a medical condition the larger guy working behind the counter sais "masks are mandatory in here" this coming from the guy with the mask sitting on his top lip because apparently that works and his staff member behind him with no mask and all but one staff member wearing it correctly and you tell me it's mandatory and want me to put one on even though I have a medical condition. Makes 100% sense. If you want to try enforce something at least stick by it yourself otherwise how can you sit there and try tell someone to follow a rule that you and your staff don't even follow.

A shame that husband will now go online and boycot your business, not vacc. But other customers walked straight past your covid marshall, , not signed in, not stopped, didnt do qr.i call that discrimination.
Selective singling out.shame mtr 10 cobram! You lose our business forever, only 1 customer but have MANY FRIENDS in cobram vax and unvaxed will boycot.

Meh, not a fantastic range, and cold service, not sure if I was there on a bad day or not, but it was not the best mitre 10 experience I can speak of

Despite what rentakil wrote a little down the page, there’s plenty of car parking.

The people down there are always friendly and helpful and willing to serve you, and its a joy to go to.

My partner and I have been reluctantly coming here for the past few years and it's been a nightmare. I'm a advocate for supporting local businesses but this place has lost us.
The blokes in the timberyard are unwelcoming and rude, and a older lady at the front desk is especially nasty, with no customer service skills at all! It's not hard to smile and not be aggressively snappy at people all the time, if you can't handle that then maybe you should be out the back stacking boxes away from other humans. Apart from all that, the store is overpriced and in a state of disrepair, which isn't a good look for a hardware store.and it has no car parking either.

Thank God for Bunnings!

We are very happy with the price of the BBQ we pick up this morning and the wonderful help from the staff members.

Great service. Lots of supplies. Need some sort of trolleys. Had to carry items and ive got a bad back.
