10Paid for a refrigerator $600 off the regular price. Greg was so helpful. It was delivered in 20 minutes! Wouldn't get that level of service in Melbourne. Shop local. Customer service is so much better.
As usual the staff were very helpful especially in the area of TV/Computer fixtures.

I recently bought a new washing machine from Better and I arranged delivery, it was delivered when they said and set up for us. James was courteous, and new his product by discussing the process of using the m/c. He left the room clean taking all the packaging materials with him. I have bought several items from Better in Cobram and will continue to do so, it was certainly a five star experience.
Always friendly, bought from them many times. I prefer to buy local as its easy delivery and they will often price match or at least see what they can do.
Love the range of products that you have in store and if you don’t have them, you’re more than happy to order them in. Also, friendly staff, customer service is always a delightful experience. Delivery and setup of products has been wonderful. Always a pleasure shopping there
Purchased a fridge and a desk. In-store customer service was fabulous. It was sadly the delivery customer service that lacked and was terrible. Delivery of fridge left on my 92 year old mothers front porch because driver could not get it past a pole. My older husband was left to take out of the box and to get it in the house. There was no putting it in place, pluging it in checking that it worked or giving us instruction. Pathetic. We have dealt with Corowa Betta before and they lead the way in customer service on delivery and installation. Any future purchases with Betta will be at Corowa Betta. We will not recommend Cobram betta to our friends.
Would be nice if open on a Sunday, woulda had a customer buying a new tv today but off to Shepparton again.
I would like 2 share my appreciation 4 the customer service I have received from COBRAM Betta Home Living. I purchased a 68 inch television, they came & installed & tuned the TV. Nothing was too much trouble. I will shop there again.
I requested assistance with the purchase of an HDMi cable as I was experiencing difficulty connecting my existing equipment. I was treated in a deprecating manner because I had not purchased my existing equipment from this store. This was despite being an existing customer on multiple occasions. Fortunately, there are other more helpful shops.
