Lovely place, outstanding coffee, and large is HUGE unlike, melb or Sydney.
Chocolate croissants and decadent food, we will be back, if this was in Melbourne, there'd be lines out the door all day,

One of my favourite cafes in Ballarat, Brendan is a legend as well as his crew of awesome staff. The food is delicious and the coffee even better! The beans they stock are also fantastic for brewing at home, and also sell coffee filter papers, in addition to brewing equipment, which is very convenient.

Cobbs - we love you. Staff were ace, pastries were tastries, and the coffee was so fine. The trip to the toilet was an adventure. If I lived in Ballarat I'd get that sun soaked table every morning and put on 30kg in a week by eating your unbelievable HCT toasted sandwich at least five times a day. What a lovely cafe. We give thee five stars and a hearty salute!

Went here a few times and the service has been efficient, the sandwiches are amazing and the coffee is perfect.

Great little spot! Super friendly and welcoming staff. Very polite. Nice cosy dine in seating. We got takeaway coffees and they were spot on. Will definitely be back next time we travel through.

Cobbs is the perfect start to the day. Every time my wife and I walk in we are greeted as if we are family. The staff are fantastic and clearly have a passion for what they do which is evident in their products. The coffee is 10/10 every day of the week, the sanga’s and delux pastries and great as well! Best coffee shop in Ballarat, hands down. Vibes are always high, despite the frequently atrocious weather outside the window. Brendan and the team make everyone feel like a local. And, the coffee is exquisite. Also the sangas are delicious. If I could live here, I probably would.

Best coffee in the Rat, and serving take always in reusable mugs means I can come back again and again for my caffiene hit. The staff have an impressive ability to learn and remember my name after one interaction, and it always feels friendly walking in here. The basement bathroom with old hidden Ballarat vibes also deserves a shout out.

I recently visited Cobb's Coffee and it was a great experience. The food was amazing - the sangas were especially tasty! It's a local spot, so you get a real sense of community there, and the staff were so friendly. But the best part was the coffee - it was definitely the best I've ever had! Highly recommend.
