Cobbler Station reviews
23Have previously had good experiences here. But they don't stick to their opening hours. Came close to closing time and they are already closed.
Yesterday they changed the batteries on my watch.everything went very quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied.thank you very much
My experience was weird cause he didnt make sense at first but i went and got a second key at first a little difficult cause of the misunderstanding about chip placement in transponder paid 145 instead of 220 usually pay 195 for copy key if u need total new key or 95 for a new case for old key with the 2 chips that u need for a ve calai holden sorry for my last review cobblers is good was good guy working there is easy to talk to but sometimes things get lost in communication gave 3 star only cause of price thats all but suppose its fair
I too my Rossi boots to have the elastic gussets replaced and Pablo did an absolutely fabulous job.
He even have them a polish before I picked them up.
A perfect repair at a fantastic price.
I highly recommend Cobbler Station at Central Square, Altona Meadows.
A first class operation.
AAA +
Totally happy with the service and cheaper than other shops you won’t disappoint saved my bucks
Pablo attempted but was unsuccessful in cutting required key, real good dude who refunded me, will most likely use again.
I was advised by my friend to go visit Cobbler Station on Altona Meadows
Had to ride all the way from Melbourne CBD
It was the besttt thing I did by going there
The gentleman by the name Pablo,
really really helped me alottt, especially when he was able to make copies of my Yamaha Scooter keys.he successfully managed to copy it.
Honestly, this guy is definitely an absolutely Legenddd. Legenddd. Legenddd
In addition, he also had managed to copy my garage remote jeyass, which was the icing on the Cakeee
I would highly recommend them to everybody
Thank you soo much brotherrr
Regards
Ron
We came to Central square Cobbler station today and it was just before closing time and the man was closing up but, more then happy to help us out.
He has a great sense of humour and we all had a good laugh
He is very knowledgeable in answering questions in which we asked about different products they sell.
Highly recommend
Great to see such fantastic customer service!
We stopped by the Santuary Lakes store last week and asked how much it would cost to change the battery and water pressure test on my Rado watch. As I didn't have my watch on me, the guy with the beard advised it will cost between $17 to $25 and includes water resistance test when replacing the battery to ensure that the watch is properly sealed. He advised that it didn't include the warranty on the water resistant which is fair enough.
I went to the Altona Meadows store today and the same guy with the beard served me.
He told me it would cost $29.95 which is more than what he advised me on Sunday.
When the other guy finished changing the battery on my watch I asked if the water resistant test was done. He told me it's not needed as my watch is just a dress watch. I told him my watch is water resistant (as all Rado watches are) and he went on to tell me he's been a watch maker for many years and it's not required.
That was a load of bull as the last time I had the battery changed on my watch the guy at Altona Gate store did the water pressure test.
I feel ripped off. $29.95 for a simple battery change. Especially when he told the next customer it was $16 to get her watch battery change.
I WOULD NOT recommend these guys as they overcharged and under deliver.
I would avoid them at all cost.
DONT EVEN BOTHER. THE OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY JOKE. NEVER SEEN A BAD ATTITUDE ARMED PERSON LIKE HIM.
STAY AWAY.
Excellent service and very cheap prices had my car key cut for $20 were other places were asking $35 and $40 very polite and quick service I recommend this shop

My misses took in my new leather boots to stretch them out a little. After the second attempt at stretching out the boots he somehow damaged both gusset's! These were only $150 boots. Luckily I didn't bring in my premium handmade designer boots in!
Visited cobbler station at Central Square shopping centre and can honestly say I have never experienced such hideous "customer service" in all my life. With the treatment we received there is no way you could classify it as that. Absolutely disgusting that the "manager" pablo has absolutely 0 customer service skills or even a hint of respect for customers. Spent a ridiculous amount of time arguing with us when we were in the 100% right and had proof. Was so far beyond unhelpful, treated us in the most disgusting and infuriating way and made us out to be dishonest which is just ironic. Will be warning all friends and locals in the area to stay away! Never returning, I'm sure many others will see your true colours and much business will be lost. I hope you eventually realise how unacceptable this is, that you need to get a grip and treat people with the respect that they deserve.
Absolutely fantastic guys at the cobbler. I was stuck with two car keys not working in my commodore and these guys were so helpful to get me back onto the road and at a great price. Thank you for your service and quick response to my emergency. Highly recommend
They are great just need to open in time twice I have been there at 9am opening time the bloke does not turn up till 9.15, guys get your act together and stop customers waiting.
Always take my watches and keys here. The guys have top notch service and are always so helpful and very quick. Keep up the good work
I highly recommend visiting the cobbler station at Altona Medows shopping centre and using their services. I get all my shoes repaired here and they do a fantastic job. The rubber they use to replace my heels is of high quality and long lasting. Visit them for your next repair:)
Excellent friendly service and reasonably priced.
Will definately use these guys again in future.
PABLO the best man ever, fixed my Garage Door Remote, by transferring frequency, even original remote was dead and vendor said that original keys are not in stock and no longer supported, new key was identified, programmed and re-coded.
