Cobbler Ferrare

Came here because of the good reviews to get my partner’s pumps sole protected. Came back with a damaged heel and excess glue on the shoe which was dodgy craftsmanship. The heel was accidentally polished down and painted without notifying me and I only noticed when I got home and there was so much excess glue that was not cleaned off.

These were brand new shoes and never worn. I had to go to another cobbler to sort me out. For reference I sole protect all my leather shoes and have gone to multiple cobblers so I thought I’d try someone local. Turns out I should stick to what I know.

Definitely won’t be coming again. Just go to anyone in the city if you’re unsure.

Brought a pair of boots that desperately needed re-soling and a bit of life brought back into them. Boots restored to near new, happy with price, will definitely be coming back.

Amazing service and expert repair of my favourite boots. Jacob repaired the stitching and my boot looks brand new. And the cost was very reasonable. He is now making me new handles for my work bag. All very exciting. Nothing seems too much for him to undertake. Please support Jacob and his business.

Very good service. I have taken a few shoes for repairs. Shoes always come back glossy and in brand new condition!

Got shoes resoled, 12 months later they were falling apart, so need to get them fixed.

Would have been cheaper to buy a whole new pair of boots, instead of getting them fixed twice.

Took my designer shoes in for repair and service and quality of repair was A+

Dropped my shoes off to get the heel replaced. When I came to pick them up, he'd conditioned and polished the leather and buffed out a fairly deep gouge too.

Will be coming back in the future for sure!
