I wish I could give this business -10. Rude service, paid to have something fixed, he didn't fix it, when I went back he had an attitude and was a smart a**. I went to fix my battery in my remote and he sold me a dud.

I would not go here if you want to waste your $$.

I don't see your business lasting much longer if you continue to speak to customers the way you do. Good luck as I am sure you will need it.

I can't speak highly enough of the workmanship at Cobble Craft. I have been trying to get a much-loved pair of Arche boots resoled (the upper removed and the boots resoled from the ground up). I had almost given up and dust-binned the boots, which is a pity as the leather uppers are in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. I had some other shoes resoled Cobble Craft, so I decided to try them on the Arche boots, and the results were beyond what I had hoped for. I said I'd write a glowing review because excellent craftsmanship that extends the life of a great pair of shoes deserves it.

Nice honest lad. Took my Birkenstocks there yesterday to be repaired. Forgot to ask for a price before leaving. Upon return he charged me a fair unquoted price. Highly recommended

Had purchased a Italian bag from overseas at a bargain price but the strap was too long, after some research found cobble craft near me and asked Lee to reconstruct the whole strap, I was nervous about collecting it as I did not know what the end result would be, 10/10 it looked amazing he did exactly as I asked very happy customer will be returning

This place is awesome! I brought my shoes here to be sized up a half size and they gave my shoes back to me in less than 24 hours (and they fit wonderfully!). They have great customer service, a speedy turnaround time and affordable pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely return for future services!

Conveniently located. But please be cautious in your dealings with this store.
I recently had a watch repaired by them. Sadly when collecting the watch they charged me more than they quoted for the repair.
Sadly at that point I had no choice but to pay the extra to get my watch back. This was very disappointing and has left me feeling ripped off. A simple call to advise the price was going up would have been appreciated.

EDIT: I did not leave "Happy Happy" and raised this issue immediately. But I must applaud you on your ability to try make this sound all positive.

Great service and advice here. Had a few pairs of shoes and boots re-soled and they come back looking like new. It's fantastic to be able to extend the life of shoes and so lucky to have these knowledgeable guys here!

Have used these guys a couple of times now, replacement keys, a shoe repair and twice now for a handbag repair and eski replacement leather handle - excellent service - highly recommended

Needed a extra hole in watch strap plus a pin on strap tapped in, Charged $19.95 for that - I had not checked price before hand, so paid what was charged.
