Tim & Hailey from C2C Pools & Spas were an absolute pleasure to work with, couldn't recommend them more highly. Very happy with the service both pre and post construction.

After speaking with several pool installers in our area, it was a pretty easy decision to go with C2C. Our initial advice and ongoing consultation from Hailey was invaluable as we finalised our choices for an 11m.lap pool.
Once construction was underway, Tim and Mikey's attention to detail and their concern that everything was done to our satisfaction was just outstanding. A couple of small issues along the way were dealt with in a timely way. These guys really know what they're doing!
We couldn't be happier with the final result and it was most refreshing to deal with genuinely nice people.

We met with a number of pool builders prior to choosing C2C. We always say this will be our last house, but when we do, will be back for another pool.

We installed a 8.5 x 4.4 Venice, extra width makes all the difference.

The service we received from Tim & Hailey was outstanding. From the first email enquiry to the final handover of our pool the quality of customer engagement was faultless.

Hailey was so good at helping us with our pool choice, we originally thought we wanted a blue fibreglass pool, and when she showed us pictures of a white pool shell, we fell in love! Hailey was awesome at helping with our design and product selection.

Tim is such a fabulous trade, so knowledgeable and is so involved through the whole construction process, his team were always going over and above to make sure we had the best experience.

We have been using our saltwater pool with heat pump for 3 months now, and every time we swim in the 31 degree Chrystal clear waters we feel so lucky to have met Tim & Hailey from Coast2Coast Pools.

The whole installation process of the pool was "stress free". Pricing was very competitive, Tim & Hailey also assisted with the initial layout, obtained all of the necessary permits and they have been readily available post installation. Would highly recommend.

Tim is an absolute Ripper. He is always on site and never not ruturns your calls. Hailey is straight to the point and everything you need to know she has an answer. I wouldn't touch another Pool company C2C are Fantastic.

I can’t critique the quality of C2C Pools because we never got that far, however I can critique the customer service which has been disappointing to say the least. I have been in contact with this company for over 3 months trying to work out the best solution for my property. They never return calls and barely return emails. I have left at least 3 messages with their messaging service person pleading that C2C Pools urgently return my calls, yet a return call never comes. I can honestly say that this is the worst customer service I have experienced for some time. Given the horrible customer service, I have lost all faith in their product and have now gone elsewhere, and boy this new company I am now dealing with is a breath of fresh air. I am disappointed in myself for wasting so much time with C2C pools.

From the start of the process till the end of the finished product Tim has a great attention for detail and knowledge that makes using Coast 2 Coast Pools & Spas a great company to use.

They answered every question we had and weren’t pushy at all, the install of our pool went smoothly and looks great. Loved working with c2c Pools from the start of our pool to the finish, Tim and his team were extremely professional and cared for our pool as if it was there own. We had no real idea on how our pool was going to work in our back yard to it’s full potential, Tim was able to aid us in the design and placement of the pool and entertaining area to make it exactly what we had hoped for.
