The young girls that work there are so rude and have absolutely no will take care of a customer.

Extremely disappointed.
I went in on a very rainy day so I probably wasn’t looking the part maybe? Sneakers and rain jacket. But not one member of staff (there were 5) acknowledged me, greeted me or even made eye contact. I was thoroughly ignored while walking around the shop for 5 minutes.
Now, here’s where it gets funny for them, I had come in to buy 4 bags! One for each of my nieces overseas as they all turned 18 or 20 this year.
I gladly took my money elsewhere.

Shopped here around 1 or 2 week ago.

Don’t know any of staff names since they dont got any name tags but there was one male sales assistant who was extremely nice to both me and my family. Again, I don’t know his name but he asked to clean our bags and was very patient with me even though I kept asking about all the prices of many bags. He made us feel very welcomed and it felt like we were taking with a family friend. Only description I can think of was that he had straight black hair parted down the middle! If I remember, he said he was a student in highschool or university.

That day i didn’t buy anything but I came back another time to get something but unfortunately he was not working.

To be frank, the other staff’s attitudes are just ok, they are not as welcoming as the other guy who works there. Honestly would give 4 stars but the other sales assistant doesn’t deserve this so 5 stars

Came here a few weeks ago and the girl named Anjeel was very professional and helpful in assisting me find a bag for my mum. She loved the gift. Definitely coming back.

You better have good judgement about who's walking in the store with good or bad intentions.
I walked in wearing a bag that's worth $4000 and was wearing shoes that are worth $1000. Lady do you really think I'm gonna steal from this store? Teach your staff to respect customers and not make them feel uncomfortable!

Staff on their phones and not very attentive. Bought a bag as a gift only to find they left the price tag on.

I was able to get the bag I wanted to here, but some of the staff were a little rude. We were told on the phone there was a promotion of getting a cosmetic case with $450+ purchases but when we got there an hour later, we were told they had sold out of them yesterday. I don’t know why they advertised it on the phone if they didn’t have any left. My mum asked about it but they were very blunt about it, and when we turned to leave, two of the female sales assistants turned to each other and started talking to each other about why my mum was asking about it. It wasn’t their fault that they sold out of the cases, but their demeanour wasn’t very nice. However, there was a male sales assistant who cleaned my bag and was very kind so I was really happy with his service!

Love the experience every time shopping here. Staff are courteous and approachable, and good at what they do.

Great service from the staff. Ver polite and professional from the moment you enter. No one pushing for a sale, no one ignoring me, no mindless chit chat. Great work team, keep up the great service.

Good Coach outlet located in Essendon Fields. They offer a good selection of discounted coach bags, wallets, etc. I have purchased several Coach bags from this shop and always feel like I am getting good value. Plenty of parking available at the shopping centre but it does get really busy on the weekends so best to get there when they open.

Bad customer service, visit the shop today as a member and the asian staff name Robin wanted to check my pocket for security as I did not buy anything, i was wearing a T-shirt， so your staff just assume everyone is a thief if he did not make a purchase.

I would like to share my experiences today in coach dfo shop. I am a member of coach, loyal customer of coach. I was visited shops at 11.10 am on saturday 30/11/2019.

I was greeted nicely by shop attendant and she friendly showed me the bag, I am interested in. So I have decided to make a purchsed in the counter.

In the counter, there was 2 cashier was standing there withan old lady which I believe the manager of the shop manager.

I was asking to the cashier for the other new bags stock as this new bag that I just unwrapped has a shawdow mark on the leather.

I hear the shop manager is mumbling said unpleasant words and I talked backed at her.surprisingly, she pointed her finger out to me that she does not need a customer like me. A BIG OF PARDON COACH MANAGER?

you said this out to me loyal customer of coach! The manager said she does not need me in the shop.you are not the owner of business so shhoyld acting that you dont need customer.

I personally think thar you do not deserve to be a shop manager in coach.wages someone does not provide a good customer service.tell custoner to not come in the shop.is that appropiate behaviour as a customer service leader?

I love coach bags. I went to Essendon dfo@7.30 am on boxing day. Staff very friendly but store manager full of ego. I want to buy one bag but out of stock @ 7.30am. I told staff I want that bag. I will pay or check out if we have other store same bag. Staff told me need to talk to manager. When I talk to manager she didn't greeting and she said she not caring about stock and customer. She can't help me to check other store. She talk very rude. Even staff member also scare to talk with her.

I had the best time shopping at Coach DFO Essendon. Daniela was very helpful and patient. She showed me so many options for a neutral everyday bag and with matching wallet and shoes. I had to grab the jacket, cap and perfume too which are simply stunning. I got there at a perfect time as they had most items on sale and also offered additional discount if you buy more items.

Good range of bags and helpful staff.can get busy during sales, but because it's so big, it doesn't feel crowded. Good for a bargain

I felt cheated, i bought a backpack which on 30% sale, online price on Amazon and other sites were same as one in dfo, i don't understand what kind of discount they offering. Will never buy from this shop again.
