Thanks Daniel for your help in choosing a tote bag for gym. Great customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Also the customisation service is good, just a pity it is only on the tag itself.

Purchased Coach pumps and sole of the shoes were dirty and the stitching appeared to be defective. To top it off they ran out of the original coach tote and provided with a tote bag from the $2 shop after spending $350. Disappointing

I entered the store looking to buy myself a bag for my birthday and after walking around and selecting two bags, the staff ignored me the whole time so I approached the counter, explained I wanted to buy a bag but was ignored and I was leaving without buying anything.

Had a delightful experience in store from Fahim and Aya. Exceptional customer service, very patient and friendly. Could not fault a single thing.

Sales staff are more than happy to help. If they do not have a particular item available or specific size they will check other stores and provide the relevant details or accommodate for delivery.

Walked into coach to browse wearing my coach tabby bag, and assistant offered to clean my bag while I shopped! Great experience Thankyou ️

Went into Coach Chadstone on 06.10.22. Was served by Erica, she was so helpful and so sweet! Offered her help straight away as i walked in the door, and ended up assisting me in purchasing two bags. She offered gift wrapping and monogramming. 10/10 i loved her service!

Not the best customer experience for a brand like Coach. We came in twice, once before our movie starts (before 3pm) and second time after 6pm.

There were a change of sales assistant when we walked straight through till the end, none came to greet us. We are looking at the Men wallets and look back and yet none came over. They are busy chatting at the cashier counter.

Several customers came in as well but no one came to ask if help is needed. Disappointed we walk off.

The afternoon sales team were quick to come to greet and ask how they can help. I asked to look at some men wallets and the Asian female sales assistant was nice to explain each wallet material and type. The team manager might want to review the team in question.

I was assisted by the lovely Kevin yesterday who spared no hesitation to show me every suitable bag, providing details on the make and helping me try them on. Excellent quality of service befitting a luxury brand.

I went to Chadstone to buy my 1st coach ever and i was so exicted but when i entered the store i found it, i was so happy. And i was checking the bag, when i was doing so, one of the staff comes upto me and says the bag costed specific amount of money and i just felt so down as i did not ask anything about the price as i had done all the research. I was so exicted to get it but it all went downhill. They were trying to be friendly but whats said can not be taken back. I hope they treat all of their customer equally, not in the basis of how they dress or by their skin colour.

Our experience was not one that was welcoming or of assistance. Were intending to buy a few things but walked.

Came 5 minutes before advertised closing time yesterday to buy a bag and they refused to let me in. Worst customer experience ever. I will never buy coach again

Nice staff, with proper knowledge of product. Good store with everything well laid out. Overall a good experience.

The quality of purses and handbag here lasts a very very long time, definitely worth the investment and every penny of the price you paid for. I have a purse that I use almost every day for the last 3 years and it still looks as good as new with no sign of wear and tear. I bought another handbag from coach a few months ago and just bought a men’s wallet for Christmas present from there today. I do wish, for the men’s wallet to be more presentable perhaps in a box or something instead of the plastic bag that the wallets originally was packed in to avoid scratches. I would have paid extra for a nice gift box too. The wallets was then put into their paper bag which was just too big for the wallet.

Every time I enter the store I am greeted by one of the staff without fail. However, I do feel some staff is a little snobbish and keeps checking themselves out in the mirror.

The manager at the time that served me was so helpful and the customer service was top notch.

Literally made my night, my shopping experience and my Christmas!

Love it! The young sales associate was keen in showing me the best deals, fixtures and benefits of all the bags she showed me! I was very lucky to buy a gorgeous gold cross bag I couldn't find it anywhere!
