Fraudulent company that does not deliver what was agreed on. Paid over 4k and have received nothing in return.and they refuse to refund and refuse to communicate, and remove negative reviews

Co Media said all the right things, however non it was legit. They we very happy to take money quickly but then weeks went by of absolutely nothing. They won't return phone calls, ignore emails and refuse to do what they were hired to and blatantly ignore my wishes. They tell me what I want, not what I actually asked them to do. I have had to go to the ACCC who have advised the contract does not meet the "fair terms" requirements and have now been told to go to Fair Trade & my solicitor as they are still ignoring phone calls and emails and only replying to the ones they want. After this ordeal all I want is my money back, I can not trust them anymore.

I would not recommend Lucas or his team at CoMedia to anyone. You’re better off trusting one of those Nigerian Princes in your spam folder who wants to give you that mysterious inheritance you’re entitled to, if you just hand over your bank and credit card details first. I hired Comedia to run fb ads for me, their completely negligent actions caused my ad account to become permanently disabled which is damaging for my business. They constantly lied and made excuses for why their ads weren’t performing, blaming mysterious “glitches” that never happened. I’ve seen other negative reviews be taken down, I can only assume Comedia will try and remove this review too. Overall comedia is a very dishonest and misleading company and should not be trusted. Printing out a piece of paper with your ad on it and sticking it to a dumpster would provide a much better outcome.

My website is currently in its growth phase and happy to see it going from strength to strength. My account manager Josh is fantastic, very responsive and knowledgeable. Co Media certainly know their stuff and I am confident together we will achieve my website goals. Keep up the great work!
