If you want to buy anything over the phone be prepared to wait and wait and.
It took from Monday afternoon to Thursday afternoon to pay for what I wanted as well as 6 emails.
They then sent the parcel to the caravan park where we were staying without a recipient name on it. The CP receptionist luckily accepted it and hoped someone would come for it.
Two stars because we eventually got the correct part but it was not a great customer experience.
