Clyde North Medical Centre

I just recently signed up and transferred to Clyde North Medical Centre. The reception lady is good and approachable however Doctor Shashi Gupta was not very helpful and rude. I understand I may have filled the form incorrectly but he sounded like he was making me look stupid. Knowing that it was my first time in this practice he wasn’t willing to direct me and help. Not friendly at all. On top of that me not feeling well, mentally exhausted and stressed, no advise has been given. Definitely he is not happy to see a patient. Not happy with the sevice i have received from Doctor Gupta.

The doctor showed concern and asked questions, giving us suggestions to help us. We felt confident with the care we received. We will be attending the clinic in the future.

Very happy with finding a doctor that wasn't in a hurry to rush me out the door. Certainly make this my new medical centre.

Dr Li Yan is wonderful but the one hour wait was not! I can understand being busy and behind but the receptionists didn't even mention it which I found very frustrating, especially with trying to keep a one year old occupied for an hour wait.

Visited this practice for the first time today and the experience was incredible!

Booking an appointment was simple, and the wait time was also super reasonable. I’d like to commend Dr Mostokly for being the best doctor I have ever met in my 23 years. His energy is infectious and he had my partner and I giggling non-stop. He was super knowledgable and gave us some very valuable advice. Had to get a few vaccinations and the nurse was super sweet as well. Can’t fault the lovely receptionists either! I don’t go to the doctors much but I’ll be sure to visit again next time.

I had a consultation with Dr Li Yan today about a personal problem. She was great. Took her time to listen to me. Validation my experience and made me feel comfortable.

I wish I could review it in negative, I had meeting with Dr Ehab Mostokly who is not professional at all I found him arrogant and racist. The way Dr Ehab spoke was not helpful in any manner.

Receptionist was very friendly, Dr on time and really great. The pathologist was really helpful and nice

Wonderful clinic. My family have seen three different doctors here and all of them are lovely and professional - all good listeners. The nurses are good with children, well trained in immunisations. Clean and organised premises.

Dr. Lee and the front desk team were very good looking at my concerns. Attention and respect for patients seems to be their priority!

Highly recommended. Clean environment, courteous frontdesk, and caring doctors and nurses.

GP basically said he won't help me and I have to book in with who I normally see. I'm new to the clinic and have seen another GP 2 times, I wouldn't call that my normal GP. I haven't been that pleased with his service and this one was even worst. Literally was in there for 1 minute and he wouldn't even listen to where I had pain. I actually walked out crying.

Dr Ehab Mostokly on the other hand was rude, was not concerned that I was in pain from an infection that I was already on antibiotics for. You works think given the fact that I have recently finished breast cancer treatment that he would have even the slightest empathy & care but he was rude, rigid & though he’s trained medically he has no patient care. Do not waste your time, see one of the other Drs.
I have previously attended this practice for cervical smear & that GP was amazing!

Got a Flu vaccine here, Bridget was professional and courteous. The reception staff were friendly.

Staff and doctors are great and very professional. Only downfall was I waited almost an hour and I had to ask how long the wait was going to be. Perhaps a policy should be made if wait times are going to be longer than 30 mins clients need to be advised when they arrive.

I'm so glad I found this clinic! Close to home, nice large space in the waiting room, I didn't feel crowded by people who are sick and my doctor is wonderful! Finally found a doc I can stick with!

I have been taking my newborn to this centre since last year. The good thing about this centre is that it has specialist GPs and the staff is great. The wait times are a bit long sometimes but I have had no issues otherwise. I also get my baby’s vaccinations done here.

My first time coming here and everything went as well as it could have: polite staff; timely booking; and Dr Jasmine organised several referrals for me.

I have always had a good experience here. I see Dr Li Yan and she has been amazing. Always spent time with me and offered great care during and after my pregnancy. When we need a doctor for my son I will be booking to see her for him also.
