They've shut down their service but keep charging me and refuse to answer emails and incoming phone calls. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer experience.

So, they shut down my elderly parents phone line with no notice, bills paid up to date, my parents have now lost their fone number forever, can't reconnect.disgraceful.
