The all customer service is disgusting haw they treat you i have bought item, never use it in original package and next day i want to return as not fit for use and they not accepted a return. If you want find out haw they treat you just wait till you have issues with them, they are not there to help just in for MONEY. DONT BUY OF THEM

Been here years ago a few times, to watch a Movie, both occasions air-conditioning/heater was making noises & couldn't here anything in the Cinemas, told them to repair hopefully next time will work, enjoyed the discrete home environment, to bad I turned around & ran away, I have low sex drive & self esteem. Good to try something different, see use soon, I never can get married or have a long term relationship, due to am a oncall/sms 24/7, worker. So here is my ownly option if i'm in the mood. No luck Cinemas sound system, I couldn't here anything.

Came in yesterday as was greeted by Meredith and was impressed by her knowledge and how helpful she was. I was feeling really awkward but she made me feel really comfortable:) will be back soon!

Staff was rude and when I queried a product her facial expressions and tone of voice left me feeling belittled and quite furious! My partner and I will never return to the settlement road store again.

Lots of great products, my friend and I had a good browse however when I enquired about a product and if they still stocked it the female staff member gave me a rude response which was extremely unnecessary given that we weren't making any trouble whatsoever

DO NOT RECOMMEND. AVOID IT LIKE A PLAUGE.

My friends and I bought an expensive toy for a friend's han's night. Broken within 3 weeks, we tried to get an exchange and.well, all hell broke loose (re.end of comment for what happened)

The girl was, like a lot the comments here have said, awesome. She tried, really did, but other than that there's nothing really she could do. She is not the manager (which she probably should)

The problem however, is their management on their policies, and that guy, probably the manager, who works there.

They have this insane "2 weeks policies" which they defend it by saying, "oh, people just buy it, gets their rocks off and refund it". The device costed me and my friends $170, we had the original recipe and it was 3 weeks after we bought it. I had to call and spend an HOUR with headquarter before we get a solution.

The whole ordeal took us a total of three days (all my leg work) to resolve, and when I returned today to finally EXCHANGE my BROKEN product to one that is NOT BORKEN, when I was leaving, that guy gave me the dirtiest look and said:

"Next time remember to put it a bag. It must be used".

Of course it is used that dumb nut, why would we claim exchange if we don't know it is broken? Also, IS THAT THE BEST WAY TO SEND OF SOMEONE THAT SPENT THREE DAYS TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FIXED THEY SPENT $170 FOR?

Horrible experience, horrible customer service (except the girl) and horrible store policies. Horrible company culture, horrible business process and generally horrible humans.

I've had people trying to scam me and I still feel less violated.

NO. NOT. GO. THERE.

FOR THOSE OF YOU WANTED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED:
1. I bought something worth $170 from Sexpo three weeks ago (from today). 2. Got original receipt. 3. It was broken after first 30 minutes of use. 4. My friend just wanted an exchange.

What I got from there was:
1. Can't do exchange on Sexpo purchase. 2. The product was bought 3 weeks ago (they have some 2 weeks policy). 3. Manager may or may not be able to do something. 4. I can't book an appointment with you, despite I work full time and they only have a manager there from 10 - 4, weekdays.

I had to call their headquarter after writing a 500 words complaint citing 4 different exerts of the Consumer Law and the ACCC website for them to actually do something.

Came in to get a last min Christmas gift for the wife was served by the manage great bloke helpful, asked question to narrow down what I wanted and made a awkward purchase comfortable. Will come back over and over again for service like that hope he see this and has a great Xmas!

Rang on sunday morning at 1048 am and was asking about a certain product i was after for my wife Got a barrage from this rude, probably frigid female (yes im guessing) that answers the telephone.
A couple of points you got wrong and i get them wrong sometimes too but very rarely!

You have no customer service, if you arent the owner you need training in telephone ettiquette or given reduced hours and if you are the owner your profit could be a lot higher with an attitude adjustment.

Might i suggest a visit to a Queensland Club X to see how a well run business and its staff work:)

Not bad. The chick working was nice but there was no music playing and she stood behind the counter and stared at us the whole time which made my friend and I uncomfortable. Not a bad range of products but the only have a 2 day warranty for most toys. A lot of stuff was on sale (dramatically) which made me a little suspicious. Not bad all round. Definitely recommend sexy land over them though.

Nice products, they test before you leave the store but the customer service is lacking from the guy with piercings. He was very rude and made us feel uncomfortable.
