Club Interiors Carpet Court reviews
7John, Tom and Elaine are excellent to deal with. My wife and I could not be happier. We appreciate their professionalism and the pleasure they were to deal with. An absolutely professional team. We wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend them. They gave us excellent service from beginning to end. The work they did has transformed our home and we cannot rate the team highly enough. Thank you John and Tom, very much for all your help to get an A1 result for us.
Had carpets installed today and blown away by the finished look. The team in the showroom were so friendly and helpful. The carpet layers have done a phenomenal job and had a great attention to detail.
Everyone made the whole process simple and enjoyable.
Recently, I had Hybrid flooring installed and I am very happy with the end results. John is a real professional as well as talented at his job and will give an HONEST answer in helping customers. Also, the service from the first phone call, installation and AFTER-SALES support once payment had been made was incredible and refreshing to see. Thank you to all the staff involved.
Very disappointed in the job completed by Carpet Court Frankston. The carpet was not laid or stretched properly, pattern was not matched and the skirting boards were damaged and not reported. They were very quick to debit my bank account but not quick to rectify or provide an invoice. There are other people around who will do a better job.
Great service, competitive pricing and a large range of flooring on display. I have used them twice and highly recommend you have a look if you are considering updating your floor coverings.
They helped me out when an unexpected rotten floor under tiles was discovered 1/2 way through the replacement.
John is VERY honest, recommended a cheaper option better for our situation.highly recommended will use again!
Initially I was happy with the service and John recommended our carpet for a young family, long wearing carpet etc etc. 5 year warranty!
Unfortunately I was never happy with the finished laying product, there was a large noticeable join across the main open area between lounge and kitchen, visitors would comment but we were told hound do settle. This only looked worse with time, plus there were issues with where the carpet meets the tiles in kitchen, lifting, running, nails pricking our feet and just looked horrible. I did call and Barbara came to have a look and take photos. Then after I chased them up after over a week of waiting she said they thought it was a manufacture issue with the carpet as it has also lost its depth and looks flatter than it should which is actually noticeable. The manufacturer came to look after another week or more of me chasing up and he put blame back on the layer. So he said he would tell Barbara. I had to chase up Barbara after 10 days of no phone call from them. She said she was sending a guy to have another look. He came a week later and as pleasant and well educated on carpet etc he put blame back on the manufacturers! He agreed the carpet was not up to scratch and should not be flat and tired looking after less than 18months. So he trimmed the join and fixed best he could around where carpet meets tiles and told us she would call Barbara as soon as he left and they will be in touch. Two weeks later no call! I’m fed up chasing and feeling this is not good enough. What does a 5 year warranty mean? Just give client run around until we give up is their tactic I feel. Be careful, if you have issues they pretend they care but they will hope you go away
