12The girl staff that I met today is kind and very helpful with my uniforms specially with the smallest size for my long sleeve one that I needed badly, she help me to find it in other store, much appreciated for that, as a first timer customer in club chef store in flagstaff. I went to Chef's Hat, I was so disappointed with the service and the quality of jackets they have gone down hill. My friend recommend Club Chef in the city and I couldn't be happier. Really good service and now my jackets have lasted for ages. I highly recommend this place
Worst customer service ever. I don’t really leave a review but one of the lady was so rude to us. Acting as if we won’t buy, lack of communication skills. This will be my last time there. If you want good clothes don’t go there.

Great shop. I would have given 5 stars if it's not for a staff. There were two staff. One lady was excellent and super helpful. The other was very rude and obviously annoyed when asked questions.

The other day I visited the city store to purchase a chef jacket as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile, hello and if I need anything let them know feeling very welcomed. I wondered around the store for a few minutes but I wasn’t quite sure which jacket would be best for me.
I got the attention of one of the girls who was more than happy to assist me she was very patient with all of my questions I had to ask she clearly had a lot of knowledge. After she gave me all the choices and info I asked if I could have a minute to think about what I was going to do. At no time did I feel pressured to buy anything.
The girls made me feel like a valued customer not someone there just to spend money which I appreciated. This was one of the best shopping experiences I have had and have no issue recommending my friends to go and see the girls at club chef.

Excellent customer service, a wide range of quality products! My go to store to buy kitchen equipments and books. Girls at store are always so kind and helpful! The only thing is they don't open on weekends.
I have had really bad experiences in the CBD store. Products are often out of stock, and bad costumer service. The staff needs to be a bit more friendly and handy.
