When we were deciding the overall furniture of our new apartment, we had visited a lot of furniture and design stores. Clu Living and the whole team have been the most caring ones who listen to your needs and make the best possible recommendations. They have been helpful, professional but not pushy!

We love the new tailor-made sofa so much! It looks exactly the same or even exceeds my expectation in terms of look, comfort, material, finishing and the overall quality. It almost made a statement of what Clu stands for.

The best of all, my sofa arrived weeks earlier and it came just in time so I could even save the efforts of moving my old sofa to the new apartment. And the team had been helpful all along the design and order stage.

As for the chairs themselves (the Rosie Dining Chairs) they suit my black glass dining table perfectly. They are comfortable, stylish, easy to keep clean, and soften the beautiful yet hard Florentine terracotta tiles in the sitting-room of my apartment.

As for that Kimmy Hook, it delights me every time I walk into this space.

This was my first time purchasing from this store and was so impressed on how quickly the item was shipped, the very next day, and two days later it had arrived. It was well packed and the item was as exactly shown / described on the website. Would certainly order again from here based on the experience.

We've ordered a few pieces - the design and quality is exceptional, as is the customer service. When there was an issue with delivery, Clu immediately addressed it. One timber piece had a (very minor) pen mark - Clu immediately sent someone to repair it, with outstanding results. Clu also arranged to customise another piece to better fit our space. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

Update: I received my perfect new tabletop today… this team does what it says it will, shout out to the Hooten Delivery team too for manhandling my very heavy table into place with such care.

There is a reason that this store is so highly rated. While there are many online furniture options, Clu is without doubt one of the best. In addition to a fabulously curated selection it is their customer service that stands out. I recently ordered a table which I adored but it had a small chip in the table top on arrival from the manufacturer. After contacting Clu they had sorted a replacement within 24 hours. Definitely 5 stars.

I recently purchased a Kinetic Stand UP Desk Pro from CLU Living Pty Ltd in Swan Street, Richmond. This was not my first purchase. I have bought other items from CLU Living and always been impressed by their high quality products and friendly, professional service.

The Kinetic Stand UP Desk Pro that I purchased allows for a variety of motorised height adjustments. Upon purchase the desk has to be carefully assembled at home before it can be used.

While trying to assemble the desk it soon became apparent there was an issue in the manufacture of one of the key components, a misalignment of the screw sockets which meant the screws securing the top of the table to its base was not possible.

When I contacted Christopher Lu, Managing director of CLU, I was assured that the issue would be dealt with immediately. Christopher very promptly and personally arranged to pick up the desk, ordered a new desk, assembled it himself to ensure that everything was in order and personally delivered the fully-assembled replacement desk back to my home.

From start to finish, Christopher’s friendly and attentive service was second to none. I now have a fully-assembled and amazing looking office desk that reflects the high quality of products and service I have come to expect from CLU Living.

Sometimes even the best of products can have an issue. What matters is that if and when this occurs, the shop/store ensures the issue is resolved as quickly and painlessly as possible.

I have been very impressed with the quality of products and service provided by Christopher and CLU Living.

I can’t recommend the products and service at CLU highly enough. CLU have such an incredible range of furniture and homewares. Whether it be a bespoke cabinet for thousands of dollars or a cute clock for less than $50 they have something for everyone. And the service is top class, Chris, Ron and the team are super helpful. There are times they’ve let me know a piece won’t work, and other times suggested an alternate colour or piece. I can’t wait until lockdown lifts and I can browse CLU again for my next purchase.

If you are looking for quality products that you won’t find everywhere else, check out CLU. Living in Richmond. We purchased a TV unit, coffee tables and a rug and love them! Excellent, friendly customer service.

Ron at CLU Living provided us with exceptional customer service and a great experience in buying our bar cabinet. A quite sizeable piece which we had saved up for over some time, was delivered with ease and was in perfect condition as advertised. We thank Ron and would recommend CLU highly.
