Clover has a great vibe. It starts with a brilliant wine list that Chris will help you navigate. Next is a small menu with the focus on fresh produce and is allowed to speak to you with its simplicity. Added to that is an outstanding curated playlist.

Amazing food, simplicity with exceptional flavours. The menu is small, but refined and fresh. There is also a well considered and sublime wine list. I highly recommend Clover and would dine here again, and again.

Super impressed! Great balanced flavours, interesting wine list to add a point of difference, great service… Set menu was really good value for money. The only thing I would change was the oysters with the basil as it over powered the oyster, alternatively I’d switch for a creamier oyster. Will be back for sure!

I recently visited Clover Wine Bar in Richmond and I was thoroughly impressed with their menu options! The tri tip and fennel toast were standout dishes and truly delicious. I was also impressed by the great selection of wine and cocktails they have to offer. The atmosphere is nice and casual, making it a great spot to catch up with friends over a glass of wine or a delicious meal. I would highly recommend giving Clover Wine Bar a try!

What a lovely lovely venue.
I have made it to Clover on 2 seperate occasions since open Dec 2022. Thoroughly enjoyed both trips and raved for days afterwards. Service is seamless, detailed and well educated. The food is not only delicious but thoughtful and clever. I could happily eat the tomato and the bread for the rest of my life. Safe to say, 6 stars for the drinks list also. Am a big big fan of Clover, and already looking forwards to my next visit. Well done and thank you

Very noisy and expensive. Would not recommend it if you want to have a conversation. Parking is also a problem as there is little availabiliity in the area. (Most of the after 6pm parking is for permit holders only.)

My new favourite. Everything is quality: food, wine, service, fit-out. Staff are helpful and attentive; the food and wine are delicious.
If it’s a beautiful day, a sip and savour in the leafy green courtyard is highly recommended but it’s equally enjoyable to people watch from the cosy interior.

Absolutely phenomenal. The food is prepared with care and every dish has clear identity. Wine is effortlessly delivered to brief on the first pour. This team perfectly straddles the perfect balance of professionalism and personality, greeting you with warmth and sending you with more. The place is necessary.

Menu is full of highlights, from the incredible honey bread w/ herb de provence to the must try dessert of chocolate with burnt cream and cognac.

Fantastic bistro wine bar. The food is amazing! As a lover of wine and food, I found the wine list to be extensive - staff always happy to help you choosing a lovely bottle or glass. The food menu is well thought and respect to the ingredients. Third time for me there. Experienced the bar table, indoor tables and outdoor dining, all very unique enjoyable experiences.

Another amazing wine bar to add on your list. I’m so in love with this newly opened wine bar in Richmond. Food was refined and delicious! I believe they did some magic with all the sauce! Highly recommend the grilled calamari. It was perfectly cooked and served with the most gorgeous pepper sauce. I enjoyed the raw beef and smoked fish. They were both flavourful. Honey bread was fluffy like a cloud! Bread lovers couldn’t miss this. The macadamia sauce of the leek dish was the star! The sprout was a surprise. I loved the texture of the rice.
Dessert was alright for me. Be aware that the cognac was very strong.

We genuinely loved this place. Every dish was simple, but elevated its star ingredient. I didn’t think a piece of leek could be a star dish, but it was. Every single thing we ordered was fantastic, I would struggle to say what was best. I loved the chocolate and burnt cream, my partner couldn’t believe how tender the flank was. Clover is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to all year.

Don’t even know what to say.this place is an amazing addition to the Melbourne dining scene. We are so lucky to have it. X

Great wine list and delicious menu. The chefs clearly take a great deal of care when papering food, we couldn't fault it.
