Clove Chill And Grill

They don't wash hands after toilet.
They don't use gloves while cooking and food always not cooked well

Unfortunately, Google won’t allow me to give a zero star so the one will have to do. Regarding Clove’s new ‘all you can eat' buffet experience, I note the following:

Firstly, your impression of an all you can eat restaurant … you can throw it out the window at Clove. Who would think there are terms and conditions to an ‘all you can eat’?

When you’re first seated, you’re told you can only choose three entrée’s and only two mains. Upon clarification, this meant it was not ‘all you can eat’, rather it was all you can eat of the three entrée’s and two mains.

Don’t get too excited, you must also finish your entire plate before being allowed to reorder. To put this into perspective, I had one potato left on my plate and I was told I had to eat it, or no other meals would come out.

Now when you have done the dishwashers job of cleaning the plates, you are fortunate enough to get new plates. However, don’t think you’re going to get new cutlery. Yes, you must use the same cutlery with a fresh plate …

I would recommend Clove to reconsider the wording displayed on their signage out the front as some may be led to believe they are entering an all you can eat experience

The food was acceptable for a local Indian restaurant; however, the experience was further ruined by the insensitive waitress who maintained a permanent sarcastic demeanour throughout the night.

Thank-you for a rather unforgettable night.

Food is not Consistent, sometimes it is good sometimes it's not good. Order placed and order served / delivered is different, have had this experiecense twice.

Amazing delicious and wonderful service! They have always been wonderful with our young daughter, chatting to her, and even offered to cook her a special dish to suit her learning taste buds.of course that dish was delicious as well. Highly recommend this place

The service was the nly extraordinary thing at this place.
We ordered entre plater, the plate was hot but the actual entre was cold.
Orders malai chap as second entre it has more onions than actual chap.
The bread were nice and soft.
Ordered Sam savera which was good something unique that you would not get at every Indian restaurant here in Melbourne, however it was overly salty.
The paneer handi we have ordered was full of onions and there were very few paneer I thing they should have name it as onion handi rather than Paneer. You can't run restaurant like home saving money on paneer adding more onions and those onions were very big chunks and uncooked.

We got butter chicken and it was delicious! Went at a very silly time as it was very busy but even though it was so busy all the staff, who were flat out, were very lovely still.

Legit the best Indian authentic food you could ever get down these ways, the butter chicken and garlic nan bread is to die for aswell as all the other curry’s one of our new favourites was the lamb curry wont go anywhere else we’ve tried so many places but this spot always has our hearts especially with the great service

The beef Korma is superb. It is also nicely decorated inside and the staff are very friendly. My favorite Indian restaurant in the western suburbs.

We go to Clove quite often. They have comfort food to serve. Never get disappointed wherever we dine in with them. They have a big menu to choose from. We like the ambiance and the service. It is a must try. The prices are reasonable with quality food.

Not bad to be honest food was decent but still quantity of meat in the dishes deffintly needs improvement. Other then that good service not much of a wait time, spice was on point. Cheese and garlic naan amazing same as the chilli and cheese one. Affordable not bad for a local deffintly will be back

False advertising. You have to choose what they want. I asked before i ate.that i could choose what I wanted. He said yes. Then
he billed me for $ 56. Just for one person?

The food and the service was absolutely amazing. The food tasted really authentic and came out very fresh. They always made sure that we were happy with everything. The service here in unbeatable! This is a very good place to dine at and I would definitely recommend coming here if you have the chance.

A group of friends and myself went because we were craving a good Indian curry. Clove chill and grill DID NOT DISAPPOINT!

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times and each time the food was absolutely delicious. Tried a variety of dishes and each was better than the other. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Ordered takeaway via Doordash pick up, took almost an hour before order was ready. Taste was okay, not much meat in any of the 3 curries I ordered.

I have interstate guests staying with me. I wanted to give them a real authentic treat on their last night here. I ordered Clove takeaway. The rest was history. They delivered the food to where they don't normally deliver! After the food arrived, we had a feast. As we lifted the container lids, the food presented itself so beautifully. The aroma, was so enticing. The flavour? To die for! Thanks Clove Team. Keep up the great work.

Just ordered Lamb Rogan Josh via Uber Eats, lamb - meat wasn't tender, hardly Any meat, more like soup (questionable whether it was lamb at all, tasted more like beef), very spicy, no vegetables, very disappointed, threw the rest in the bin, being a local new to the area expected a much better experience.very disappointed
