Our phone system was not performing and managing the high amount of calls we receive running a business. Being on hold for over an hour to rectify the issues we were experiencing was always frustrating.
Gippsland phones have provided us with a professional new telephone service with multiple lines that are now managed and we are no longer loosing any business. They tailored our service to our needs and listened to what we needed. Every time i have called Gippsland Phones they have answered straight away, no more waiting.
Would highly recommend anyone to switch over, wish we did it years ago.
