Very bad communication and customer service.
We were dealing with Michael as he knew all about our case. Michael Retired without us knowing our case got moved to 3 different lawyers. Not only have we spent over $15,000 and have gotten no were. Do not recommend this company as they only care about money.
They they didn’t tell us to provide documents to them to send to the immigration until last minute. As our case got rejected by the immigration. This is all due to lack of communication.

This firm dealt with a ministerial intervention case for us and here is what we can say:

1-     They missed altogether one very important tribunal appointment.
2-     They put minimal amount of effort in a very formulated way and charge huge amount of money. Our case went to the minister in just a few page document accompanied by a 12 page submission of the tribunal.
3-     The lawyer in charge of our case was constantly changed.
4-     We could wait for days and days to get an answer to a question although we were charged for every single communication.
5-     They would double charge us on bills if we were not keeping record of the transactions.
6-     Our case was never updated with the minister since the day of lodgement.  We had updated the firm about the changes in our circumstances but it WAS NOT passed on to the minister.
7-     Even after the case failed they asked for a few thousand dollars to fill a six page form that we could even never need.

Never have I ever dealt with any firm as unprofessional as this one. We had an initial appointment with the director of the firm to check a Visa Eligibility. He said he will make enquiries and get back to me within the same afternoon. I waited a couple of days and no response.called back I was advised, the lawyer will contact me today, again didn't hear anything called back again in a couple of days to be told the lawyer has gone on holidays and will be back in 2 weeks, i waited three weeks and called and was told the lawyer will get back from holidays next week! Called again the following week and left a message still nothing!
for a period of 3 weeks i called every second day and left messages and after 3 weeks he finally had his secretary to call and say they couldn't help! Biggest waste of time and money.
