Ketki and Raji at the store were so lovely to meet and gosh what a variety they had in Indian wear.you name an ethnic product and you will find It there.wonderfully warm and superb clothes.this is definitely the place you need to go to if you wanna miss your country and clothes a little less than usual.thanks ketki, you rock

I went to this shop with my family with the mindset that I don't need anything but ketki's collection convinced me otherwise. She has wide range and beautiful collection which caters to everyone's need and ketki and her staff is really patient and very friendly. Definitely would recommend this shop for traditional wear.

Okay, so writing a long due one. I bought few already designed Indian ethnic wears from Ketki earlier which fitted perfectly and were of great quality. My friends were all keen to know about the store and really loved the different styles and affordable pieces this store brings. Recently, I also requested Ketki to make 2 dresses for me on order, meaning they were not from her collection. She did listen to my needs, gave timely updates from the clothing picture when it was just raw material to the actual dresses. They both look beautiful and exactly how I imagined them to be. Kudos to the team. A must visit for all your ethnic needs.

Amazing collection with up most level of customer service. I only drove down that far because my wife loved the product and the service provided by Ketki in her previous purchase. They do have a large collection of mens wear and an amazing one on one customer service. Would have given them more stars if their was an option! I didn’t get the name of the guy who served me but if you are reading this I would like to say, Thankyou for making my purchase an easy one. Very highly recommended!

4 of us drove a distance to try this store as seen on FB/recommended to us, and walked out due to extremely poor customer service by the Indian lady in store. Came in prepared to splurge as we felt the stores designs were relevant to what we were after…. Shortly after trying a piece the store person asked me if I was buying the item abruptly and I responded I was still thinking and before I could say more I was told then take it off …. I’m baffled at the sheer ignorance and level of service! Please train your staff simple etiquette before having them as FOH

I can vote for this Business with my eyes closed. If you are looking for superiors Indian Wear in Eastern Suburbs then this is a One Stop Shop to go to. The Quality, Price and Service is absolutely 100%.

Best place for shopping Indian ethnic wear in Melbourne. Wide variety of outfits and very classy. Quality is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend ketaki and her collection.
