Rented through Charles L King. Communication with the property manager was really poor. I will say though the property manager was lovely when we did get hold of her on the odd time to time over the years -
it just appears they have way too many properties to look after and not enough time to take genuine care of individuals paying to tenant the properties.
The customer service we received when walking into the shop front the times we did come in we were greeted without a smile or a friendly welcome.

Applying for a rental inspection I had it changed several times for a single property. Often within the hour of the appointment and being given no reason. Application sites and apps for it were a burden to work with (not exclusive to CLK but worth noting) Was poor responses and service in this part and I'll avoid going through them if I have other options

Can't comment on the staff as never heard from them most of the time. So can't say anything regarding them. As a whole the process of applying for a rental was tedious and lacking. Would not advice for renters

Saw a few properties with Zoey. She was great help with what we saw. Was hoping to hear back about one that was coming onto market, but ended up going with another agency.

Deb, Nicole and the team at CLK have been excellent in assisting me to find a property suitable to my needs and their ongoing support has been invaluable during this settling in period.

Definitely would not recommend for investment. Property manager, Deb, has poor communication in relation to issues until the very last minute. Sides with the tenant, tries to bluff you into doing what suits the tenant. Never had any such issues with our other investment properties. Would never ever recommend this agent for anything!

If you have an investing property, 1st National is not the agent for you. Not responding to your phone calls or emails.taking so long to response, they will do maintenance to your property without even notifying you. Rent not paid on time.could add more in to this list.long story short, not good service at all.
