Cliveden Fine Jewellers

Friendly staff and good selection of jewellery. I found a product I wanted very quickly and really wanted to buy it but the staff didn't know the 'clarity' and the 'colour', that was disappointing.

I tried to look it up on the website and the website is hard to use, not helpful at all.

Extensive range of male wedding bands. Very unique and modern styles and metals on offer. Great prices and good quality rings. So glad we came across this store after visiting numerous chain stores that only had stagnate stock and very limited offerings. They had a number of sizes available and friendly staff.

While visiting Melbourne for a few days my Wife and I we came across Cliveden Fine Jewellers. We were instantly impressed with the originality and quality of their products, so much that we returned a couple of days later, after visting many other jewellers, to purchace some $$$$$ products. Wow! I had such a great experience at Cliveden. Paige was SO accommodating and kind and also respectful regarding the budget I had set. I ended up falling in love with a ring that did exceed my budget (which she didn't actively show to me, but I had seen and wanted to try on) and she did everything in her power so in the end I walked out with a great deal and that ring on my finger. I felt she genuinely shared my happiness and wasn't just trying to sell anything to me. This really made my day after some bumps in the road i had experienced during my vacation. Thank you!

Can't speak more highly of them! When my fiance and I first entered, we felt so comfortable and welcomed. Staff are friendly and super helpful - loved chatting with them and there was no pressure at all. I loved not feeling overwhelmed and rushed. Not to mention, Cliveden has such a quick turnaround. Fastest I've ever heard/known about.

Horrible experience with this store, was directly lied to about return policy, and when attempted to return the item I was directed to the fine print on the reciept that they only offered store credit refunds.
