We celebrated my 8yo son's birthday. Service 10/10, they went above and beyond to help all friends. Food 10/10.
Manager is very accommodating n flexible for genuine request.
I was happy that I selected this venue for birthday party.

We were her to celebrate a friend's daughter's birthday. I was amazed by the set-up of this place because it helps the child to be active and light out the strength. My kids had fun climbing and sky-trialling. What I love the most about this place is the variety of inclusive strength sports place is also suitable for adults. The manager or owner is great, as well as the staff. However, I have a little bit of suggestion maybe add more staff. I would rather commend this place because of the therapeutic effect on the child even adults.

Great place for young and old to have fun and get a full body workout. Staff are amazing and very helpful and make sure everyone is safe. Clip and Climb is designed to go at your own pace (55 min session), but bookings are recommended. Cheeky Monkey is available all day for kids 2-12. We will definitely be coming back soon

I went in the last school holidays and as well as the spring ones and the super duper staff (Kaidan) Remembered me! We all ways have fun and as I don’t drive it’s an easy walk from the train station.

Their website does not specify an age for climbing and just says 100cm and over - which both the kids partaking were (130 & 106cm). They did a VERY quick demonstration of what to do and then you are left on your own to clip yourself in and out, there's no encouragement from the staff or assistance.

Our younger child was really excited only to be approached by a VERY unfriendly young staff member that she was too little to use the equipment (despite being over 100cm and was given a wristband and harness with no mention of it). Then when we said she was just going to give it all a try and won't climb that high because she is only young he said "well she won't do well if she doesn't bend her knees properly" and then stood there criticising her. I commented before moving onto another activity that she is only 3 and is just giving it all a go.

Next thing she was trying another one and again, the assumed owner came over very abruptly and said in a harsh/yelling tone that she was too young to have a go on the wall.

We continue on and try to continue enjoying it despite the kids now being quite distressed by the staff's treatment only to AGAIN be approached as we are clipping in to climb and asked "did you even listen to X's speech? " and I said yes of course and then asked "well then if you did you would know that this is the easiest way to clip in". We were clipping in completely fine and had no issues but they made every single thing an issue.

I genuinely don't know how they can claim to be sensory friendly when they were the most impatient, unfriendly and discouraging people. It was an absolute waste of money and time because they weren't able to partake comfortably. Maybe train your staff to actually be involved and encouraging with the kids trying their best to give it a go in a scary environment rather than just standing around and making nasty comments constantly.

Our team end of season presentation night was fabulous. Private hire of the venue and it was so well run. Everyone had a great time

Supportive, kind and patient staff who checked safety well. Plenty to do. Even when my kids and I were scared of heights and frozen up they were kind and able to step us thrive things gently. The pizza and thick shake is really nice too.

The owners are very hands on and involved. Can see the way they teach staff without getting frustrated and how they keeping their eye on everything. It's a good attitude and looks like a healthy worth environment for the staff as well. One boss has interrupted his own lunch several times to help customers.

Although the kids had fun, I was disappointed with the overall experience at Clip and Climb. We went for a party and the party room was overcrowded and cramped, and we had to wait around a lot as they would only let 5 kids climb at one time due to apparent staff shortages. The staff didn't seem to be very helpful with the clips, which made the experience less enjoyable. The venue was extremely busy and we were kicked out of the party room before the kids even had a chance to climb so had to drag everything out and there were not any tables available at the venue. I would recommend the place to others only if they go on a less busy day.

I was extremely impressed with the young staff at Clip and Climb, Berwick. They were caring and attentive to my 7 year old who was initially, apprehensive about the ‘sky rail’ ropes section at the venue. Staff were patient and encouraging which enabled my little one to experience success! Thanks to the friendly staff and its focus on safety, my little one left feeling happy and confident.

I thoroughly recommend CNC Berwick as a sensational holiday activity for Grade 2 onwards.

The kids had fun,
just some of the staff didn't seem to care or excited being there.

Had a great time here, 20/11/2022. Lockers weren't working on the day which was unfortunate, but the facilities provided were phenomenal with a variety of courses to choose from. Their rock climbing walls are all diverse and offer a different range of difficulty between easy and hard. Loved their innovative game wall and had tons of fun.

We went here for Mind Climb. The staff are amazing, compassionate, friendly, patient, playful but responsible. The staff interact with the kids at their level and accommodate kids of all ages, needs and conditions. During mind climb sessions kids are challenged to push their familiarity, but are supported and encouraged the whole time. Special mention goes to Georgia who was brilliant and amazing in every way Thanks Naomi for checking us in at the start. Great team

Recently took the kids with the Cardinia dristricts joey scouts. We were daft and turned up a day early. When the staff explained my daughter looked so upset we were going home and hugged me to stop herself from crying. The man in charge could see there was a mistake and let the kids quickly use the funplay playground so they could get 5 mins of fun before we headed home.

Then when we were there with the Joeys they were so good, safety conscious but kept it fun and the facilities were great. I was really impressed and thought it was just a good time that was easy! I recommend!

The kids absolutely loved this place. It was very busy and they were short staffed but they still took the time to help my son who was anxious and needed more time to get harnessed. We will be back again and again.

Thank you clip n climb for your patience and expertise with our precious children! We had an absolutle ball and will definitely be coming again! The food was amazing and very accommodating as I am a coeliac and they cooked food separately and took every precaution making sure there was no cross contamination!

Mitch who helped us on the Skye Trail was an absolutle legend and was constantly looking out for my son, giving him space when needed but also being there to assist when he could see him struggling. Thanks again for a wonderful day!

We attended a birthday party at this venue on Sun 11th Sep 2022. Here is how our visit went:
- Walked in and couldn't move because the venue was so packed full of people. The entire venue is so crammed that it's quite claustrophobic when full of people.
- Birthday parent was trying to organise wristbands for the kids to do their climbing session, but the front desk was constantly empty as the person was doing things elsewhere. So it took a long time to get the wristbands.
- By the time the kids got the wristbands a session had already got harnessed and done their safety presentation (10-15 minutes) and had been climbing for 5 minutes. I asked the attendant if the kids could climb in the next session instead to be told "they'll all be this busy and they've only missed 5 minutes". By the time they were all harnessed and did the safety presentation the session was almost half over (have a time stamped photo of the kids still in presentation to prove time).
- Despite starting their climb late, they still got called out with the kids who were in before them.
- Party room was not ready until over an hour after the booked time.
- Party was paid for food for 19 kids. Table was set for 19 kids. Yet the food that was initially put on the table was 1 pizza (8 slices) and a bowl of wedges. It took talking with employees for more food to be brought out, and they seemed less than impressed about it.
- The party room had the Skyrail/Skytrail overhead and their is no roof. So basically, people are above you with their shoes on dropping who knows what onto your guests and food. NOT an ideal setup that is unhygienic and was very poorly thought out.
- There is an electrical box and outlets INSIDE the children's play area within reach of kids.
- Boxes of stock and equipment are being stored within the inaccessible areas of the children's play area. An absolute eyesore. Take some pride in appearance!
- Female toilet door was being held open for the entire visit by a stool. Not very private.
- Overall the staff were quite rude, but were also absolutely run off their feet with the number of people there. Even without patron restrictions there needs to be some limitation.
- One positive: The kids had fun.

Edit after venue response:
To clarify: Yes, the party was booked online for the Cheeky Monkey area, with the party host purchasing clip and climb armbands for children on the day, therefore there was no set time that the kids had to climb. So why were the children rushed into a session that had already begun, even after the staff were asked to allow the kids into the next session?

The staff need to communicate better with patrons, and I would suggest that if there is food for "adults" and "children" that the children be served first as hungry kids won't just sit and watch adults eating. And not be rude when asked where the rest of the food is.

Also, I hope you are addressing the issue of electrical cupboards and outlets in the play area, as well as the unsightly use of the play area for storage.

Whilst I do understand that staff shortages due to illness does occur, that's not an excuse for poor customer service and rudeness.

I had a blast on my birthday with my best friend and our children ️

All staff are lovely, polite, friendly and, most importantly, patient with children and adults!

Mitch was fantastic support on the Sky Trail and made our kids feel safe and confident on the skywalk!

Food is delicious, too

I 100% Recommend this place, and it is undoubtedly added to our top destination ️

Sadly, I found this the worst play centre I have ever been to.
Considering the website says bookings online are essential, the place was way too crowded.
The place.was way understaffed. I felt that they were overworked for the amount of clients that were there.
We were there for a grandson’s birthday party which was booked from 12-00-2.00 but you don’t get the party room for all that time, consequently you are crowded around a table with all the gifts. When we finally got into the party room, you only have the room for 1 hour, all that came out was 1 pizza cut into 8 slices and a plate wedges. There were 21 hungry children. The rest of the food came 15 min later after my daughter in law asked where the food was. It was served by a very grumpy young lady.
When it came to the climb session there was a group in there already. The kids listened to the instructions and were then told to join this current session, meaning they only got 35 min instead of the whole 55 minutes
Very poor effort all round Clip n Climb. I know that all the families of the 21 party goers will not return.

As a response to this review, the manager has actually tried to bribe my daughter in law to ask me to take this down. She had refused as she does not want to return there.
