The receptionist service was awesome and got me in to the soonest possible appointment. Everything ran smoothly and was on time with accurate expectations of the appointment.

It was my first visit. All I can say is that the entire experience was excellent. I finally found my GP in the Collingwood area.

Really friendly staff. Dr Ovida is always really helpful, understanding and available when we need.

Dr Ovida and the team at Clinicare are fantastic at what they do. I have been a patient of their's for a while now, and can happily say the services provided are great, waiting times are minimal if any and my concerns are always addressed in a safe, informative and respectful manner. I highly recommend this GP clinic.

I could hardly hear the doctor on the phone as it kept breaking up.
The charge was extensive for a 5min phone call ($90). Sorry.

As a last-minute interstate patient, Clinicare gave me welcoming service, easy online registration, and thorough investigation by Dr Ovida.

Dr Catherine was very helpful with a teleconference when I tested positive to covid and my usual GP wasn't available.

Called 11+ clinics to get an injection treatment for my shoulder and ended up managing to get an appointment here. The staff at Clinicare Fitzroy were fantastic, Nat behind the front desk was very understanding of me being held up in traffic and Doctor Ovida Vipulaguna was great to have as a treating clinician. Highly recommend them for those in the area (and even those outside the area)

I was booked to see Malcolm who was running approximately 30 minutes late.for the 1st time I felt rushed in my appointment and frustrated as i had travelled some distance for my a face to face review.while i didnt have immediate health issues I have used Malcom to support me getting off medication and as a plant based eater i am acutely aware of monitoring my health.thanks Michael

I have been a patient of Clinicare Fitzroy for over 6 years. The practice has always showed me a high level of care, compassion and expertise, whether addressing issues relating to my physical or mental health. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr O’Sullivan, Dr McBride and Dr Vipulaguna, and always walked away feeling well informed and taken care of. Thanks team.

I made an appointment for a complete Mole / Skin scan, and was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the doctor. I had checked a number of skin/Dermatologist/Mole Scan clinics prior to booking an appointment here, and they were all asking $300 and above, and their reviews weren't that good. Clinicare are close to home so I thought I would try them as a starting point. I was very happy coming here and paying only $190 for a complete skin checkup, and will be coming back here again for my regular checkups and general GP consultations.

Called up and emailed ahead of appointment and clearly communicated situation and purpose of appointment. Arrive to see Dr Ovida only to almost immediately be told that he will not consider prescribing what I am interested in, and that it is "dangerous" for me to do my own research.
I understand it is at his discretion to determine what is suitable, but:
1.he dismissed it before even fully hearing out my background
2. I spoke to reception ahead of the appointment (& gave them the name of the medication) twice to establish whether the Drs are open to prescribing SAS medications, which they confirmed they were

After almost 20 years of failed meds prescribed by Drs and Specialists, I am still expected to just arrive at an appointment unequipped with any research. I would not have pushed for it had he heard out my background and deemed it unsuitable, but it was already clearly a no from the second I walked in the room, so why waste an hour of my day attending an appointment when I could have used this time to go to someone who had the time and energy to at the very least, just consider it.

Very bad medical practice Dr Patrick O’Sullivan is a systemic patient abuser, (He has no knowledge on dealing with patients who are suffering from very severe mental health issues at all). I would not recommend him for a GP if you are dealing with a psychiatric episode and besides this clinic likes to remove all the negative reviews and only leave the positive reviews which can pretty much be very biased and misleading actually. I highly recommend choosing wisely when looking for a medical practice this practice maybe good for some but for others not so good. I wonder what happened to the other negative reviews? The medical centre deleted them claiming for them not to be true, so the other “patients” who have had bad, negative experiences, at this clinic their views do not matter? They are in the wrong whilst the so called other patients who have had good experiences they are in the right? Interesting! It goes to show how truly one sided they really are!

Great service, easy to talk to and Dr offered multiple options of care. A delight to have a Dr running on time as well.

I hope we don’t need to come back but in need of a Dr we will.

Love Patrick, great doctor but reception needs to take into account that he likes a chat resulting in me being charged for a triple consult @ $220.00, this is the third time this has happened which is a shame.

I booked an appointment to get a vaccine. (Whooping cough). $50 dollars, it was okay. But the doctor charged me the consultation too for only 5 minutes? In others places the doctors only charge the vaccine and that’s it. I really did not like the experience in there.
