Managed to get an appointment quickly when I really needed help. Receptionists and nurses were all lovely and professional, everyone always has a smile on their faces! Dr Perez was great with my problem and approachable too. Really appreciated his follow up call in between my appointments. Will highly recommend to anyone in need of a dermatologist:)

This is an exceptional dermatology clinic. I am a GP and have been referring patients (and going here with my family) for more than two decades and not once have had any serious issues and that is something rare and incredibly important! Charges are quite standard for specialist fees. Wait times CAN be long because if a patient before you comes in with something serious or complicated they are managed thoroughly. Quick things can be managed quickly when you are with such a competent team that you can trust. I highly recommend this clinic.

Highly recommend Clifton Hill Dermatology. I finally made an appointment to get some spots checked out that had been bothering me for a while. Karen was so thorough and carefully talked me through everything she did. The nurse (Courtney, I think?) was great as well. I also really liked the people at reception. I left my appointment with a weight lifted from my shoulders!

They refused to give me even a ballpark idea of cost for a very basic, standard and straightforward procedure (basically the equivalent of getting a wart burned off) without first paying $280 to see one of their doctors - or even to send a quick email to the doctors to clarify procedure costs when I enquired.and this even though I have already been correctly diagnosed and confirmed by two separate doctors including a GP and a dermatologist.

Basically they just want to milk you for all the cash they can and aren't interested in doing something as simple as sending a quick email or asking a quick question to answer a basic query when they don't know the answer themselves (ie basic customer service). If you actually want people who care and want to look after you, go somewhere else.

Highly recommend this clinic! Dr Karen Wolfowitz is so kind and thorough. Happy to answer any and all questions. Admin and nurses are always polite and considerate. I have attended this clinic for 23 years and can't recommend them enough.

The physicians here have done the following:
1) Misdiagnosis of skin cancer (OK, not so bad, but not good either).
2) Prescribing drugs while ignoring contraindications - leading to depression severe enough to cause patient to attempt suicide.
3) Performing a procedure without informed consent or even letting the patient know it was about to be performed.
That's my experience. You decide.

Go no further than Karin and her team! Professional, very caring and Karin is incredibly thorough.explains everything. Nurse's are amazing and also front staff:). Thank you for a very relaxed experience, I will be back.

Dr Karin Wolfowitz and her amazing team are the most professional medical group you could ever ask for. Dr Karin is extremely thorough and I feel very safe in her hands, having previously had melanoma. I had been to another dermatologist prior to seeing Karin and there is no comparison. I waited a year to see Karin and it was well worth the wait; would not ever see another dermatologist again. The front staff and nurses are so friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Cannot thank them enough. I have been a health professional for 33 years and can reassure you that you will get no better service or care than here. Highly recommend.

I'm still waiting on results from this clinic, I desperately need to see a dermatologist and this was the only clinic that could see me so quickly now I know why in saying that I was changed $265 for a maximum of 8 minutes appointment she looked at my skin for maybe 15 seconds and all I got was a referral to have a blood test I have hives all over my body, at no point did I feel reassured in anyway honestly I just don't know how to get help anymore how are these people even qualified I've never felt so ripped off the money doesn't matter when you are receiving a service and feel satisfied that this person is doing all they can to help!
So disappointed.

They are very bad people. I just had 10 min consultation with them and they charged me 55 doller without telling me. When I called them for booking they didn't even tell me there is consultation fee bcoz I went to see couple of other dermatologist they gave me free consultation consultation but they charged me 55 doller just for 10 min there service is very bad her name is Rebecca collide and she were very rude to me. Greedy people. They don't even deserve 1 star but I hav to give them otherwise it won't let me write a comment

Have been going there for many years. The quality of the care cannot be beaten. Would chose them versus others for sure.

Medical checks can be daunting, brings a lot of relief when you feel you're in good hands. Dr Perez was thorough with examination and personal and patient with explanations. I can understand why on occasion clients need to wait a little; the time taken to do a good job can be unpredictable. Seems the team here prioritise thoroughness over speed:) Staff were warm and friendly. Excellent practice all round, highly recommend.

So disappointed. Booked a whole year in advance and when the day finally arrived for my appointment they were running so behind (an hour and a half), I had to leave before seeing anyone as I had other commitments. They clearly have no regard for other people’s time. Incredibly unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I was treated by Dr Alfonso Perez and nurse Tegan who were both fantastic. They were very personable, professional and made me feel at ease throughout my procedure. I would highly recommend them.

I was referred to this clinic by my trusted family doctor and while the first suggested treatments worked well unfortunately I did not feel supported or listened to by the dermatologist. I was constantly rushed and told differing information at both appointments. Both appointments have also been delayed 30-40 min, which is especially poor during COVID lockdown when we are trying to minimise community interaction. Once I was actually seen by the doctor the initial consultation and the follow up appointment both lasted less than ten minutes. At neither appointments was I offered an explanation or apology for the considerable delay. Despite waiting for forty minutes to be seen at my follow-up appointment, I only had roughly five minutes with my doctor, who had stood up and was opening the door before I had even finished asking my (non-intended) last question. The doctor specifically did not seem as interested in answering my questions as she did in getting me out of the room. Despite the treatments working I will not be returning to this clinic for any further treatment because of the really poor bedside manner and abrupt and short appointments. I will be relaying my experience back to my family doctor and do not recommend this clinic to anyone else.

Dr Karen Wolfowitz and nurse Sue-Ann have been amazing in helping me with my Alopecia Areata and Lupus rash. As you can imagine both of these conditions upset me and Karen and Sue-Ann have been there for me with kindness, professionalism and excellent medical advice and medications/procedures.

The biggest thank you to Dr Karen Wolfowitz for finding a level 3 melanoma on my face when i had come in to see her for a rash on my chest. She saved my life. She is definitely the best dermatologist. Very thorough and highly recommended. Thank you so so much Karen

Terrible, rushed in and out, didn’t even look at skin condition just took referring doctors word for it and prescribed $100 in creams/gels that don’t even work. Rush ‘em through seems to be the motto here

Was not seen until 45 minutes after appointment time, no explanation. Very brief examination (thorough, but quick), not much explanation or advice given, suggested seeing me again in 9 months rather than a year because of the referral not because of a clinical reason. Very expensive $240 for less than 10 mins with doc and nurse. Felt very rushed through. Wouldn't recommend this clinic. Felt like a money making machine. Rooms are poorly designed with no curtain around the bed and a sliding door that opens to the hallway. Could be a much better experience with some simple fixes and better communication/customer service.
