Have been looked after by the friendly, always smiling staff for the last 3 years. Good job ladies. Have also cut my hair here when my hairdresser of many years not available, happy with this also. Thanks ladies also for staying back when I beeze in at closing time.

Very helpful at being able to help with a last minute eyelash extensions appointment. I thought a refill would be enough but instead the lady recommended a new set due to my last set elsewhere not being great at all. The salon was so busy but she still made the time to help me and do a removal and full set. She seems to have alot of experience and knowledge and did a beautiful set of light fluffy volumes.

I had really an amazing experience with the service, keratin treatment I had the other day. Even after washing my hair, it looks really wonderful. I would personally recommend everyone to try this Salon if they are looking for any kind of hair treatment. And don't forget to get their hair products. I came in for a changw in my hair colour and style. Neeri achieved the colour i wanted and gave me the refresh i much needed.

I do like this place, great staff very friendly.but the prices on the website are much cheaper than the ones in store which is basically scamming.i’m not happy with how i came because it was $20 for a haircut and ended up getting charged $60 in store. PLEASE update your website prices.still love the place and done a great job just very over charged

I was on a holiday in Melbourne when I found this place. I loved the haircut and would love to come back except I live 600 kms away. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a one stop shop for hairdressing

I personally have never given any reviews to any business due to the fact I am a busy working, and a full time mother. But this place is something I honestly call “home” now. Their services are the best I could ever get in Melbourne for past 14 years I tried many hairdressers, spent in well above a thousand for my hair but this place really stands out.
The owner Neeri puts in all her efforts, and the passion I see in her as well as the staff is just exceptional.
I get my hair colour, cut, Keratin as well as Hydra facial form her and just love it with all my heart.

I am now a return customer to this business because the service has been so good! I first visited Neerii Cleopatra to have my hair lightened which they did an incredible job of. I have now visited at least three times for a haircut and colour and this is where I go for my eyebrow threading and tinting too.
I love my visits to this salon because I leave feeling fresh and always get compliments on my amazing hair colour and how healthy it looks.
