Clearview Radiology

Have now waited a week for X-ray report of a suspected fractured wrist - marked as urgent. Absolutely ridiculous, seems there may not be enough staff or experience.

I received the best care for my 13 week scan. They were patient and kind. My referring GP was very happy that we got what we needed (because at another clinic it was a mess). Also, every time I've called they have been friendly and efficient.

This is hands down the best clinic I have been to for my ultrasounds! The ladies at reception are just so wonderful and welcoming not to mention the ultrasound technicians who really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable! It’s one of the only bulk billing clinics I’ve come across in Melbourne but even if they started charging out of pocket fees I’d be back here in a heartbeat. From start to finish they were nothing but professional. Not to mention you get to keep hard copies of your babies ultrasound photos after the appointment… I mean the service is just 10/10!

First appointment of the day, still had to wait 30mins while staff had a catch up the reception in full view of the waiting room. Everyone was nice and polite, just not a great look professionally

There’s one staff member (I cannot remember her name as it was a while back and she was called in to check something) but belittled me and told me that I was overreacting when I had severe pain - turns out that I had a very large ovarian cyst! Definitely go to I-MED Radiology Network.

Wendy at reception could not have possibly been any more rude if she tried!

Honestly just don't go there.

Put an 11 day old newborn at risk by overcrowding a waiting room with people and not following social distancing guidelines.

Admin are rude!

Whole experience was foul.

Bulk billing is offered at Baw Baw radiology in Drouin. I'd book there instead
