Clear shield process is timely and well priced. I am very impressed with the doors that have been installed. Perfect colour match too.

Sam was fantastic and the clearshield company was quick for both measuring and fitting. The doors look great and let plenty of light and air in while still making you feel secure.

I’d like to share my recent experience in dealing with Clearshield Victoria. After getting a quote from another major supplier in security doors, i started researching if their doors are as secure as claimed and I came across Clearshield and their perforated screens vs woven ones. I decided to call them for a quote and was booked in for a quote and measure within two days. Vince came out and did the measurements and invited me to come to his factory in Knoxfield to have a look at some of the doors if I wished. Couple of weeks later I was at their factory, saw the doors and paid the deposit. To my surprise, instead of 2 weeks wait, I received an email stating the doors would be ready for installation in 3 days and if I was available on that day and time.
Tom called me on that morning to reconfirm the time and he was at the door at the time advised. Tom was polite, curious and friendly and completed the installation in the most professional manner possible which is quite rare in this industry and I can say this from my recent experience I had with another vendor installing our plantation blinds. Not only Tom fitted the new security door in our laundry nice and square which I wished our other existing door were, Tom offered to look into it and took the time to adjust that door as well, which has been coming off the track lately.
This type of customer centric approach is rare and I much appreciate Tom’s time
and effort in fixing that door. I will certainly reach out to them as I now intend to install and replace existing old ones with Clearshield security door.
I would recommend Clearshield to anyone who is looking for good quality products topped up with A1 customer service

Sam was on time and very capable at his job. Our door frame was not that square, and Sam worked meticulously to ensure a correct fit of our screen door.
His communication during the process was A1.
The job was completed perfectly and cleaned up as if no-one had been.

Scott was the installer for the job of 7 Flyscreens. He had to customise some on site. Scott worked diligently and with utmost care and attention. Great results and product. Thanks Scott. The product itself looks fabulous. The aluminium Flyscreens look invisible, and Jin was great at explaining the options and providing a free measure and quote. Yep, you can get much cheaper DIY screen doors at Bunnings, but our door opening isn't quite square so that wasn't a great option for us.
The quality of our new Clearshield door is great, it fits perfectly and the install by Scott his morning was quick and painless (and included changing the barrel in our other screen door so the keys match).

Have used Clearshield a couple of times and you get what you pay for. Great to deal with, professional and high quality products. Scott came to fit our new security door today and as usual we're very happy. Highly recommend.

I ordered two doors, I’m so happy with them because of the view out, the colour and they have been professionally installed. I now feel safe to ventilate the house when I wish to.

The whole process from quoting, measuring, supply and installation is beyond expectation. I have all windows and door in customized size but John did a very quick and precise work and the items are booked and installed just in days. Certainly will recommend this vendor to anyone.
