A year ago, I was seeking for a profession business accountants auditors and after researching numerous options, I came across ClearTax. I'm glad I went with them! I could tell they were unique from others from the first discussion. I could see they were committed to providing exceptional service and comprehending each customer's individual needs. I continued on to obtain excellent work and customer support, something I had not experienced from previous auditors, and it was for this reason that I was looking for a new one. Their commitment to performing the job correctly and caring about their clients is evident in their commitment and technical skill.

I've enjoyed collaborating with ClearTax and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Their meticulous care and attention are unrivalled. They consistently interact with clients, so I understand they're only a click or phone call away anytime I need assistance. They handle all of the accounting responsibilities of my organization that I know I really cannot handle on my own, including payroll, SMSF, and payroll tax filings, as well as bookkeeping and Quickbooks maintenance. The quarterly reports also keep me up to date on what's going on in my company. Frankly said, without them, I'd remain adrift.

Paid $990 to lodge my taxes in June with the owner Ash, then 4 months later in October I received a called a call from the Ato saying that I haven't lodged my taxes. I later messaged Ash asking what's going on and why he hasn't done anything. He later tells me he'll get back to me in two hours. That didn't happen, instead I received a call from his associated Akbar the next day. The guy guy keeps pushing saying that they'll get everything done by the end of the day when it should have been done 4 months ago. I ask for my money back yet he keeps pushing and shifting blame on a generic system error when the correspondence with ash was done through whatsapp.

I later say I'll only agree if theres a form of compensation added. A free income tax return to be added. Akbar doesn't give me a yes or no, just a "I'll ask Ash". I specifically told him if they don't add any form of compensation then just return the money.

30 minutes after the phone call Akbar doesn't get back to me with an answer. I them rightfully ask for my money back via text, and like magic, I get a response instantly saying that they can do a free income tax return. Skip forward some time, it takes me demanding to get my money back or a complaint would be made with consumer affair.

So in conclusion, this business is more than happy to take money before a service was delivered, if I hadn't gotten a call from the Ato they would have gotten away with it. They're happy to stuff you around and give you Bs about they're system errors when the correspondence was done through whatsapp. I also know that they're added themselves as my tax agents with the Ato but still neglected to do they're duties. Akbar was clearly sent to on a mission to keep the money at all cost and to give as little back in form of compensation as possible. Overall a very terrible experience. And a complaint will be made with consumer affairs.

Ash and his team are really proactive and efficient. Great to work with and would recommend them to anyone in search for a good accounting team to give you the peace of mind and the beat service possible.

This firm is one of Melbourne's finest accountants and auditors and looks very promising, thanks to a terrific team which is always eager to go the additional mile to fulfil client demands.
