Clear Skincare Clinic Port Melbourne

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with this Clinic, the young girl in question was Annadelle, I had dysport and only ever have 50 units this totally works with my normal Doctor who is currently away, she said i needed 60+ so I paid extra and had it done, poor result so tried to book in to get this fixed, this was impossible because of Covid so I had ran out of the 2weeks so she refused to fix it without me paying, I will never go back to this clinic again EVER!

Great service, super friendly and helpful. Tammy has done my last couple of treatments and she is fantastic. Highly recommend.:)

First time attending Clear Skincare Port Melbourne and very happy with the service. I saw Katherine who was professional and friendly and explained the treatment thoroughly. Highly recommended!

The ladies at the Port Melbourne clinic are amazing. I have suffered on and off with adult/hormonal acne and the scars left behind but my skin went extra crazy during isolation. I had the lovely Katherine help me out. She helped set me up with a new skincare regime suited to my skin problems and recommended a skin treatment package including the signature acne treatment, skin peel and LED light therapy. Three rounds of this treatment paired with my new products, my skin has definitely improved. It’s much less congested, my skin texture has improved and my skin is looking much happier. The signature treatment itself was a little uncomfortable but overall it’s not too bad. Will definitely be coming back once they reopen to further improve my skin concerns.

I used to go to the city clinic As I live in the city Which is great but thought I would try this one and I was so outraged and uncomfortable I would never go back! Went for a laser treatment and the girl didn’t even leave the room for me to undress (they did every Time in the city clinic) on top of that she pointed at the wipes and I had to wipe my private’s in front of her. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable and not at all how I want to feel when it’s already an invasive treatment depending on what area you are getting lasered. On top of that she did a couple of zaps and finished, the city ones are very through and I feel they focus on getting all the hair. Very disappointed all I can say.

I had my very first visit at your Port Melbourne clinic yesterday and I must say I walked out extremely happy. My therapist Lily was so lovely and extremely professional. She provided the right amount of information without over talking and had the softest calming voice. I took note of this because I walked into the clinic already feeling on edge after having a very stressful day at work. So her politeness went a long way!
I had a micro and her attention to detail was excellent. She recommended products to me that I purchased and I used them last night and this morning for the first time. I am already obsessed with this brand! They feel amazing and my skin is feeling great!

Scarred! Would give negative stars if I could. Originally was going to get some blue light treatment but was talked into the SGA treatment for some reoccurring acne I had on my cheek which was annoying as I’ve always had great skin. No wonder they get you to sign a waiver for this treatment. Not only could I not go out in public for a week as my face was swollen, bruised and marked from the treatment (embarrassing). I now have pitted holes is my face from where they stuck the needles and inflammatory pigmentation lesions. I’m going to have to spend money (elsewhere if course) to see if I can repair the damage they have done. DO NOT let them give you the SGA treatment!

The staff at the Port Melbourne store were absolutely amazing. The girls there are so sweet and welcoming. I was treated by Merinda and she was absolutely amazing. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who are wanting their skin problems solved. I’ve been treated by some shocking places and I’m so glad I found a caring team who actually make you feel welcomed and apart of the family.

My experience at Clear Skincare Port Melbourne was outstanding. I have been struggling with adult breakouts for the last couple of years and thanks to Merinda at Port Melbourne, I am finally feeling skin confident through a series of acne/anti-aging peels. I am also having my laser hair removal with Merinda and can't believe the difference it's made! I would recommend this clinic and team to anyone struggling with skin issues.

Awful experience. They were running late and then would not allow me the full time to complete my LED treatment, as the store was closing. I felt pushed out of the store and was not helped with my skin concerns in anyway. I was over charged for a treatment that was on special.
The lady who served me was incredibly rude. I will not be going back here and do not recommend to anyone with skin concerns or wanting a value treatment.

- To your response to my review, (I'm unable to reply to the comment). I booked in under my name online for a 6: 35pm appointment. Which got changed by your staff to 6: 45pm via email, (Didn't end up going into the treatment room until 7pm).

I'm so disapointed in the treatment (or lack of) I recieved, so I would appreciate you made an effort to rectify the issue.
I am a loyal customer to the Southland Clear skin clinics - where the girls are incredibly amazing and helpful - but this whole experience has put a sour taste from ever using your clinics in the future.
It's very disappointing when you go to a skin clinic with a skin issue and they make no effort to help you and rip you off.
