I've been seeing Nicole for laser hair removal and she has been amazing. Super knowledgeable, really thorough, great at answering any questions I have had and putting me at ease. She makes the whole experience easy and takes any stress out of it.

Have been going there for 6+ years and will not be going back again.
Disgusting customer service, accusing me of constantly moving my apts when they’re the ones that send me texts saying my apt time has been moved.
I’ve spent so much money on all my packs over the years and will not even be going back to finish using the testaments I’ve paid for as it’s not worth it.
Martina (so called manager) I think you need to rethink your customer service approach.

Martina and the girls at the Northland store are always so lovely and helpful. I usually feel shy when my skin is not its best but Martina made me feel super comfortable and has given me great advice to keep my skin looking better than ever. She’s always friendly and genuine during the treatments and it makes such a difference when you’re comfortable with a therapist! Thanks a lot Martina for helping me get my skin back on track, you’re great at what you do.

Well giving them one star cause after being a client for nearly 4 years, I show up for an appointment on Friday to find out the clinic is closed and no one even got in touch with me to advise me of this. Been trying to call the Northland clinic and other Clear skincare clinic around the area ever since and no one I mean literally NO ONE is answering the phone.

Casey was so lovely whilst performing my treatment. I felt comfortable in the clinic and would happily recommend it to my friends!

I attended clear skincare originally for pigment removal, I have used their laser pigment removal, peels, LED treatment, Dermapen and anti wrinkle injections. I also use their at home skincare products. Over the last two years there has been an amazing transformation in my skin, and they helped me tackle issues that I thought were just the way my skin was, now my skin is less red, smaller pores, all round clear and I wear less make up. Recently through Covid I have not be able to go in store to buy my products and used their online shop, it was so easy to shop online, I got free delivery, and my items arrived the next day! Not only that but they used recycled eco friendly packaging which is a nice change from all the plastic rubbish you always have to get rid of.
I recommend these guys they are super helpful and they don’t push you to buy and spend, they are honest and upfront about results, and I actually am missing my appointments with my therapists they are always so friendly and personable.

Love the girls at clear skincare have been coming here for years, so professional and clean Amy is a superstar manager looking out for your best interests at all time!

As it just happens I'm the unlucky one who did not get results after paying out $3000 Just to feel good for a year as that is about How much time I have left in my life and thought why not at least I can forget about How I won't look like when the time comes but no I get more bad luck thrown at me all because I thought well I cannot take any money I have left with me so why not spend a little making myself feel n probly look half decent for a while.
I guess I failed myself in that department to in having faith in others that they would appreciate the fact that a 55 year old would of course want to feel n look better not knowing what the circumstances behind why I spent $3000 on several procedures knowing I wasn't spending getting it again after 6 or 7 or 1yr of it wearing of as this old fart won't even be hear but no they were just as dismissive as I probably assumed they would be
Oh well my bad I guess to even think a company that is way richer than myself would even agree with a Lower leveled person like myself
