Clear Skincare Clinic Mordialloc

First time with laser hair removal and I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist. Jayne was everything I could’ve hoped for from communicating clearly about the treatment including pre and post care through to ensuring I was comfortable throughout the session. She was friendly, respectful and supportive with all my concerns whilst tailoring my experience to my preferences. The whole team were helpful with product recommendations and the clinic was beautiful and very sanitary. Cant wait to come back in 6 weeks and do it all over again!

I’ve been receiving skin treatments from clear skin Mordialloc for a year. Procedures- micro needling, skin peels and laser treatments.
All the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. They listen to your skin concerns and suggests treatments accordingly. I’ve met Jane (amazing skin therapist) during of my sessions. She took time in explaining the procedure and answered all my questions about the treatment and aftercare. I had the best experience.

Would never use this clinic again, as they constantly try to upsell. I was recently advised I needed a half upper leg laser by one consultant at $75, which I agreed to even though I appreciated I had minimal hair.
When I came for my appointment the (different) consultant was surprised I an appointment, agreeing I had minimal hair. Therefore the amount of laser she did was minimal, about 4 hits on the front and 4 on the back.
An absolute waste of money.

I’ve been receiving treatments for 2 months now and I am shocked by the improvement of my skin. My acne and redness has really cleared up and my skin is feeling so smooth and giving off a glow. My makeup is sitting better and looking more radiant!
The micro needling has also tightened the wrinkles on my neck and chest
Everyone has noticed the confidence I have now that I'm happy with my skin.

I cannot recommend Clear Skin Mordialloc more there service is second to none, friendly staff especially Georgia C who is knowledgeable, friendly and absolutely amazing. The difference in my skin is life changing!

I took part in an offer for a free treatment for new customers where you can choose from one of 5 treatments. When I got there my treatment was changed to a light peel which was fine. What wasn't fine was that they then insisted that the free treatment, which I have proof of, was an error by head office and that I shouldn't have been offered. Despite my email proof they have refused to honour the deal which is very dishonest. Apparently despite email and phone confirmation of a free trial it was my fault for not bringing it up again before the treatment started. Terrible customer service. Not sure if it's all clinics or just this one that rip customers off

I’m very disappointed with this Mordialloc’s franchise I went to my GP to to get a minor procedure done getting a mole cut out and My Doctor strongly advised not to get laser done due to my skin condition I advised the store manager I will need a refund the response was you will need to wait for 2-3 months for a refund no reason was given it’s been 2 weeks and no response from head office ACCC will be the next contact strongly advise not To go to this place

Georgia C was very lovely and made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time getting laser! She was very thorough and professional. Explained in detail about the procedure and after care! Will be a returning customer

Hands Down the best Laser clinic experiences I've had. From day one, each staff member that has looked after me has been very polite, caring and helpful with my concerns. I am currently being looked after by Esra for all my laser appointments in Mordialloc and she always makes me feel like I'm at home. Most of all its the most effective treatments I've ever had.

I have had a number of sessions at this clinic - all the staff here are fantastic, every clinician I’ve seen. They are so warm and professional. I’m thrilled with my laser results and consistently have a great experience. Yasmin today was absolutely fantastic.

Nothing but love for this amazing place. Have started my first round of IPL and its been so easy and simple. Staff are knowledgeable and super sweet and I am getting exactly what I wanted and the desired effect.thanks girls!
